Personality: Vincent comes across as a charming gentleman, polite and caring to those he meets he seems to be nothing if not noble. In truth, he is. He has grand and lofty aspirations, most of which he believes wholeheartedly to be for the better interest of everyone. Of course, it holds, that he will do whatever is necessary to make these dreams of his a reality, but that doesn't mean he enjoys hurting others. On the contrary, he'll initially do whatever possible to handle matters peaceably, and finds it truly pitiable if a situation cannot be amended. From there, however, he seems to switch the 'gentleman' off, and the man who will do whatever necessary on. He may still smile and speak politely, but he becomes lethally violent, and elegantly so. Can also be quite cunning and seductive if he feels the situation calls for it...
Appearance: A handsome and tall man with black hair and dark brown eyes that... honestly appear more red than anything...
History: Vincent was born to a upper-middle class family living in England, where he was brought up and raised as a proper young man. His father ran a high-class hotel which Vincent was of course expected and trained to take on as well. To this end, Vincent was well trained from an early age on in business, and attended school with the very same thing in mind. Brought up in a strict yet loving environment, he may have very well lived out a normal life, had not an angry and drunken patron at the Hotel become so upset he fired off his gun several times, killing three people, including his mother.

His father closed the hotel up in his despair and drank himself into an early grave, while Vincent was seduced by the... 'darker side' of nobility and became involved in underground fighting to release his own pent up frustrations. Sometimes he was in the stands betting, other times he disguised himself and entered the ring himself. It was a woman named Arianna Garou who came along and enticed him away from the shady underworld. She encouraged and uplifted him, pressing him to re-open his fathers hotel and continue the business as he was meant to. It was only shortly after he did so, however, that Arianna herself shot Vincent in the halls of the hotel upon his discovery of jewels and money that had been stashed away and hidden in the hotels walls. Though she got away, Vincent himself managed to survive, though he did not change the name of the hotel, instead keeping it as a reminder to himself.

He also works on the side putting together a small company called Ambience, though the full details of this company aren't known quite yet, simply that he makes music boxes...

Modus Operandi: Uses his connections and business training to skillfully work his way around the detectives. Sometimes carves the Greek Omega into victims, though it may be random...
