I also got more evps, but have not yet figured them out and am unsure if to keep or toss them.

Has anything else happened there or are you still scheduled to back?

It's actually on the market for sale. The owner can't afford the place anymore. Wich is ashame, they seem to be very attatched to him. It's the place that spawned the cell phone theory, that cell phones in a pinch can be a complex digital recorder.

I can't take all the credit though on the report, the rest of the team put together the guidelines, even though I went solo on this one, I still tried to stick to the law as much as possible.

Update- still on the market, there has been more activity. Lately the police are tired of going up to check for people tryin to break in. Walking, bangs, motion activations going on by themselves (bathroom light, and outside flood lights on all 4 corners of the house), sounds as if a bomb is going off, walking, running, doors slamming, doors opening, whispers, conversations when no one's there, music, screams (as if being murdered and blood curtling), and huge bangs on the house.

Update-The client still owns the house, due to a bad deed after the bank illegally forclosed on the home. (Makes you wonder if the spirits had anything to do with it.) Activity still remains. Client is currently on vocation, comming back today. I've gone back several times, and seen things move, but not gotten anything auditory. It seems to have fun playing with me. It will always move a different object in a different room or outside of the view of my cameras.

One nifty experiance to note, my camera died, and then it began to be spun like a top. It stopped after about 20 full rotations....it brought my attention to the battery being dead. I got a playful, haha your cameras dead, over here change the battery it's no fun if all your equipment isn't working sence. What ever it is, who ever it is, they do love to play games.

Has anyone purchased this residence as yet? If so, I'd be curious as to what the "lucky" new homeowners may be experiencing.

Well the house was illegally forclosed, after trying to get a refinancing, some woman bought it, the previous owner went to court. The bank gave the woman a bad deed, so the courts trying to figure out who owns the place if the bank has a bad deed. So it's currently in limbo but the client still lives there.

I'm kinda hoping on the home remaining in the clients hands cause if someone new owns the place it's not going to be pretty.

Still a legal brew ha ha client remains in the home. Paranormal wise bathroom door closes and around christmas time the clients son felt something was toying with him as the light in the bathroom would turn on then turn off. The more it was ignored the more it happened.

Other then that not that I've heard.
