Faceless, Humanoid...things...?, Help identifying?

I've had two experiences with these things, once in my own house. They look very human except twisted, the two I saw were moving weird, kind of crawling on the ground with limbs twisted in a way that was just...wrong. The first one was wearing clothing, like a torn up shirt, the other was nude but didn't really have parts.
They have hair, it was black and stringy both times, but no faces. It's just blank, empty. It looked corporeal, but I wasn't going to stick around to find out. I can deal with a lot of things, but once it's corporeal, I'm not sticking around.
The second one (in my kitchen) hung around for a long time, days. We kind of moved around each other. It would try avoiding me and I would try very hard to avoid it.
It wasn't always there, sometimes it just wouldn't be in the kitchen and would return. Since I was the only one ever there when it was, I do suspect I could just be crazy. Though more people than me saw the first one.
I journeyed on it, but I couldn't find anything out in the spirit world. I haven't really been able to find much out about it. All I know: Humanoid, kind of grotesque, twisted human form, most likely corporeal, didn't have a face. The first one chased us, maybe trying to attack, the second one did nothing, it just lurked in my kitchen for days. The energy around the first one was really, really negative. The second wasn't as bad, but still very negative.

Any ideas as to what they may have been?

Sounds like some kind of servant type thing. Seems to me, but I could be wrong, that the more powerful ones send smaller ones to do dirty work for them. I also think that some of these things can appear to be anything they want, to make themselves more scary. I personally have never seen anything like that, so I can't really give you an answer as to what it was. If it's disguising itself it could be hard to identify though. When was the last time you saw one of these things?

Glad they haven't made an appearance lately. The fact that they appeared so grotesque, twisted and faceless would seem to indicate that they may not be of human origin. Also, totally I agree with Aneaglesangel about lesser entities (imps?) being controlled by higher ones, as well as their abilities to assume various forms.

My personal recommendation would be to have your house blessed by either a member of the clergy, or someone experienced in dealing with these situations.

I came in to post today for the very thing that you are speaking of. For a few years now, my family has been plagued with these grotesque looking things. My daughter has seen a humanoid type thing that according to her is sexless or one can't tell the sex...has stringy hair and is usually crouched over our toilet. She saw one a few years ago, and just a couple of weeks or so ago and after all this time, saw another one crouched over the toilet. This one had longer hair.

More disturbing is that her boyfriend (a very intelligent and mature young man of 20) saw one last night on our roof, lolling over our chimney, as he was backing out of our driveway. This is particularly disturbing because my daughter saw it too, but said nothing to him. He brought it up to her. He then called her at 5:00 a.m. completely distraught from having a dream that this thing was crawling down from the roof after him.

They both described it as a woman, only visible from the torso up. My daughter only saw part of the chin and stringy hair hanging down over its face. Her boyfriend described the same except it raised up and grinned at him. The body was a perfect nude female body. The face was partially decayed.

I am very sorry for your experience, but I have to say...besides being taken aback when finding your post...I feel a bit less crazy that someone else is experiencing this.

Definetly nothing good in my opinion. To me it sounds like they are pretas.

Pretas are believed to have been jealous or greedy people in a previous life. As a result of their karma, they are afflicted with an insatiable hunger for a particular substance or object. Traditionally, this is something repugnant or humiliating, such as human corpses or feces, though in more recent stories, it can be anything, however bizarre.

However there is not much more information beyond to really tell for certain. They could be inhuman.

The only other thing I can think of is what I call a grunted ghoul....They are the lowest of the low on the totem pole...Imps out rank them. They are in my opinion one of the few that will work together. Not out of cooperation, but out of fear. I believe at one point they might of been human. However I am not particularly sure on that. They are tricky, they are evil. They never appear unless they are sent...they are the first sign something is wanted and it's wanted bad. They are like bookmarks. They stay and watch, torment and scare in a mental way. While the others do their thing else where. When they are done, they've cleared the way. They have begun the attack, the higher ups will take over, and begin the torment. In my opinion they are not usually seen, their main purpose is to watch. Maybe some sort of 6th sence going on perhaps? If you believe in heaven and hell and going there...then this is what you might become if you go to hell.

This is my own opinion and my own belief, and to my knowledge is not an accepted theory or rank in the demon's hirarchy...

Well, Grendal, it would certainly explain the preoccupation with the toilet. Of course, I'm sure that the demonic is all about filth and excrement, too.

I think the toilet bit is more of a scare tactic...I feel very safe when I'm in my bathroom...so by appearing there it's almost like saying...your not safe here...your not safe anyway, thats if it's demonic.

These obscene spirit creatures really need to be coerced into leaving you and your precious family alone, Shanna. You are wonderful, faithful people, and you most certainly don't deserve this!

Thank you, Keith. I'm sending you an email. It's one thing when we are seeing things, it's quite another when we have visitors and they are seeing things. There have been other odd goings on prior to this, but I just wrote them off as imagination until this.

Grendal, I had not thought of it that way, but you have a good point there. If you can't have privacy and peace there, where can you have it?

I have described my own ongoing situation in depth, in another topic. However, I wanted to ask you, are these faceless entities capable of moving with extreme speed, and/or do "they" seem to be visible only in periphery of your vision? If so, I may be dealing with something similar--something which I have had little success in confronting physically.

Mecheart, I have asked my daughter if she could have just thought that she saw something out of the corner of her eye, but she says it is sometimes dead-on. She walked by the bathroom and spotted it this time. She has had one of these things walk right through her bedroom in broad daylight as she was awakening one morning.

As far as speed, I have seen a small shadow being that literally popped up from my husband's side of the bed and take what seemed like a giant, extremely quick leap to the bedroom door and another out the door and down the hallway.
