Death Note Apocalypse

[Phoenix]

A man in a uniform for the Spaceland amusement park stands just in front of what looks like a large metal box on strong metal arms with motors and the like. He shouts to the masses that pass by, "Step right up ladies and gents! One day only experience the ride of a lifetime, the ride an astronaut takes as he rockets through the skies!"

However, it seems no one is very interested in the ride as they pass by.

'This oughta be it,' thought Ukn as he pushed up the sewer grate up enough so that his eyes could look out. He saw he was behind a ride inside the Spaceland Amusement Park. Ukn saw no one around so he climbed out.

He then began his search for where he wanted to go and keeping his eye out for the police. He went to all the rides and still didn't find anything. Ukn was getting frustrated for looking for almost an hour and still nothing.

Suddenly, as if answering his prayers, he heard a man announce, "Step right up ladies and gents! One day only experience the ride of a lifetime, the ride an astronaut takes as he rockets through the skies!" To this he walked up in front of the ride and stared at the man.

[Phoenix]

The man, obvious to anyone who looked at him, did not like his current position as he looked at the man approaching and said, "Finally...so you want a go on the ride buddy? Just step right in the door on the left there and try not to forget anything inside."

Ukn didn't say anything as he walked inside. He surveyed the area as he waited for the ride to begin, hoping for some sign of another clue. 'Could I have possibly thought wrong?' Ukn questioned himself.

[Phoenix]

The ride started up and lifted the box like structure off the ground. Suddenly, it stopped and returned to its normal position. On the screen in white letters were then shown "Look up". On the ceiling of the ride was taped a card folded over and sealed with white painted tape.

The card reads:

"ICPO"

"Here's where it gets harder. The last clue you need is hidden in what some consider an ultimate achievement for a young man, a pinnacle of sorts. There find the place where the words fit: drop, kick, net. Then find what you Believe Above the rest will Lead you to L."

Ukn looked up as instructed and saw a card. He reached up and grabbed it. Then Ukn opened it and read the note.

After reading the note he sat down to think. 'L?' he thought clouding his mind from thinking properly. Ukn shook off the notion of another L and began thinking.

'ICPO; drop, kick, net; and Believe, Among, Lead capitalized?' he thought to himself as he walked off the ride and looked around for any police.

[Phoenix]

This is officer Hideki, suspect spotted I'm on his tail now, requesting backup at the Spaceland park! came the shouts as an officer ran towards Ukn.

'Damn you!' thought Ukn as he began to run from the officer. 'The sewers won't be a possible way this time,' he thought as he continued running as he zig-zagged between rides and the crowd to keep them from catching him.

[Phoenix]

Stop in the name of the law! Your under arrest for involvement in the recent mass murders! The officer shouted as he raced after Yamato through the crowd.

Ukn then picked up the pace as the citizens in the crowd started to scream in fear, 'Fuck!' he thought. He then took his motorcycle helmet off and threw it in the garbage to reveal a mask underneath revealing only his eyes. Ukn then tore off his clothes to reveal a second set of very different clothes.

He raced into a building and climbed into the air vent before the officer could see him.
