As a number of the people here on DNA know, I've been a fan of RPG's my entire life. Be it Final Fantasy, Dragon Quest, and plenty of others throughout my life. Earlier I received some very tragic news that really is a blow to anyone who has ever enjoyed an RPG.
E. Gary Gygax, arguably the Father of Role Playing Games and the Co-creator of the legendary (even if you never play it, you know it's name) Dungeons and Dragons, passed away on March 4, 2008, in his home at the age of 69.
So DNA being a Role Play based site, and holding true to the legacy left behind by Gary Gygax, I, as well as the DNA administration, would like to say:
Rest in Peace, E. Gary Gygax.
Father of Role Playing Games
1938-2008
And so, I ask that anyone who feels the need, or even the obligation, post here as you choose. I know that Gary Gygax's legacy has, and will effect many of us in the worlds of Role Play and Gaming, for many years.
