The ruling was that the topic for fairness should be restarted as the attempt on my characters life via Death Note was proven invalid. Thats all I'll say to ensure the safety of those with Death Notes who have yet to be revealed. Topics gonna be restarted soon I just need to warm up since my hands are still freezing from walking to my car from class (its freezing here in NY, in the negatives with wind chill)
