I've finished all the BN games, secret areas included, but Bass Deluxe was the most fun fight, because you had most control over the folder you had compared to any other boss in any other game. BN 1 didn't have enough chips. My preference was a Snakeman folder.
Snakeman V3 x5 Snakeman V2 x3 <- team style only. Geddon 2 <- as many as you can, regular chip. Z is easiest code to get. Fullcust x5 <- well worth it. Attack+30 Attack+20 Attack+10 Wood+40 <- HUGE power up.
The best bit, is that if Bass is in the middle, the snakes hit at the same time and bring down his aura, but only if their combined power is enough.
Strategy is simple. Load any geddon chips you have in the first turn. Stand in a different row and use it right before you open the custom screen. Then load any Snakeman chips, pump them up and place fullcust as the last one. Repeat until Bass dies.
That's how I do it, but I want to know how everyone else does it. This folder also made Planetman a little too easy, seeing as you start with a broken panel. Actually, not that good against Thunderman of all people, and not the best idea against Gospel with those bugs flying at you. Also, ineffective against viruses, between them they have too much health, and some of them can aim very well.
Hint: To fight Bass Deluxe, you need 247 chips. You won't have Bass V3, Bass V2 or Lifeaura 3. Last secret area. You get these chips by beating him, three times.
By the way, I have a folder for all the games. All are pretty good, but my BN4 one needs some work after the darksoul incident...
Wheeee! :Destroyer:. Haha, its called Destroyer!
