SLAYERS
Slayers, like hybrids, are relatively rare in this day and age, and permission must be granted from the Illuminati in order for a slayer character to be created*. Slayers are humans with an average human life expectancy, meaning that they have no special powers whatsoever. Their knowledge of the supernatural comes solely from their training. They are regarded as archaic; a relic of times past, much in the way we now look back upon the witch hunts of the 1600s. Now that all species are attempting to live harmoniously, slayers, in attempting to off the species they deem as ‘supernatural’ or ‘evil’, are considered to be ridiculous, edgy, dangerous people.
They often work for the government (NOT the Illuminati) as a sort of bounty hunter in dealing with the paranormal species such as vampires or werewolves. If this is the case, they generally work alongside the police force, but there are a few vagabonds that take it upon themselves to single-handedly ‘rid the world of evil’.
*This is unless, of course, you are applying for a canon, in which case three admins will be required to pass your bio.
