Title: Ki based ki attack power?

I've been thinking a lot, and I can make this happen with a bit of work.

Since base ki, or ki in itself is a useless stat except for a very few limited attacks, since the multiplier of the race decides how many attacks you can launch, not how much you train ki. I've had a thought, to make people train, or take more priority in it development, I've could make it that the base ki stat indicates the power of attacks such as kamehameha and Hyper tornado, instead of base powerlevel.

Powerlevel has the highest priority in all the game, since one, its your health and how long you last, as well as your attack power with ki.

Just thought about it though, what does everyone else think? Before people get far too trained up and such, could be a good idea to make training and progression much different, and those who are power houses in health not own everything in one hit.

Thoughts? I can always lower perm multipliers for base ki a bit, so its very easily fair on everyone.

There is one other option, I could make it a new stat entirely to train, though that'd just make ki useless again.

look here big boii...am vietnemese...so what yu saying is tha the ki damge is bas'd on the ki amount yu have?(real language = so what you are saying is that the ki damage you do from ki moves is based off or the amount of ki you have?)

For realism it'd be better to have base ki as the indicator of attack strength. Aslong as it doesn't mean that ki will run out after 10 throws of a Hyper Tornado it'd be the way to go, in my opinion.

EDIT:

Actually, I think I like the way it is. In the show, if a person's power level is reduced then doesn't that mean their ki will also be weaker?

I'm not sure really, I just suggested this so ki would have more of a priority to gameplay.
