"Your human family? They're members of a weak and pathetic race, why do you care about them? Don't answer that."

He ignored that he'd hurt her yet again, that was the whole point of talking about her like she wasn't there. It was also the only way he could think of to make Dimitri lose interest. Sadly. He also hadn't been planning on answering that particular question.

"Unlike you I can't atone for this."

"Fine, if you want to 'save' her so bad,"

Lucky for Lilah that he caught her, she didn't need to hurt more physically than she already was, and it saved him the trouble of picking her up to bring her to Jeremy's for safe keeping till she was well enough to go home.

"She's all yours. Fuck her, bite her, kiss her, I don't give a fuck anymore."

The vampire growled slightly as he watched his sire leave, then he looked at Lilah and their eyes met for a split second and he wanted to just take it all away and go crawl down into a whole in the ground, never to resurface again.

Lilah smelled so good right now, he had to stop himself from inhaling too deeply, reminding himself he was mad at her. Instead of trying to break the silence, he got them over to Jeremy's without wasting time and knocked urgently on the door.

"I'm dropping you off, then you won't see me again, unless you want to," he said before the door was opened and he walked right in without stopping to say more than one word: "Dimitri." He needed to find somewhere to put Lilah down, because he wasn't going to carry her around for all eternity, lord knows it was hard enough not to jump her bones when she smelled so delicious.

Jeremy was happily reading a book when someone knocked on the door. The hell? At this hour? He put the book down and got up to answer the door. He got the surprise of his life when Ryder waltzed in, an injured, terrified-looking Lilah in his arms. Before he could ask what the fuck had happened, Ryder said the one word that explained everything.

"Dimitri."

Suddenly, Jeremy got a very devious idea. Acting like he had no plan in his mind at all, he pointed Ryder towards the one room he had with a lock on the outside, not the inside. He had always thought that was weird and never got around to fixing it. Now he was glad he hadn't.

The room he was thinking of was his storage room, where there was an extra couch Lilah could sit on and other random things he had no use for but never got around to throwing away. "Put her in here," he said, gesturing at the couch. As soon as Ryder and Lilah were in, he slammed the door shut and locked it.

"Work out your differences, or neither of you are getting out of there!" For extra measures, he started moving large, heavy objects in front of the door.

Satisfied with himself, he went back to his book.

Of course, when Jeremy pointed him towards a room where he could put Lilah down, he did as asked, because it wasn't a good idea to carry her around. Before he could even put Lilah down, the door was slammed shut and locked behind them, making Ryder torn between the instant desire to let go of Lilah to try to get the door open and wanting to put her down to make sure she didn't get hurt. The latter won, luckily for Lilah, and he put her down on the couch very carefully, finding something for her to rest her broken leg on so it wouldn't have to be down.

"Work out your differences, or neither of you are getting out of there!"

This time he did go at the door, yelling back at Jeremy.

"And how the fuck do you suggest we do that when there's a scared to hell human in here, that smells thereof and won't open her fucking mouth to say anything to anyone?"

He felt better now, though he hadn't been successful in trying to pry the door open. Of course he'd heard the shuffling of large furniture and he could only surmise that his human friend had blocked the door very efficiently.

With a final growl, he sat down on the floor where he was, right in front of the door, glaring at Lilah.

He was not going to say he was sorry, he'd saved her, goddamn, and she wasn't even going to offer him a thanks. How rude. He didn't care if he was being immature right now, because Jeremy had crossed the line for what was acceptable for a best friend to do. And he realized just as he thought this that he'd not only lost the girl he loved, but his best friend at the same time. Jeremy was a great best friend, just not the same as having someone who knew almost everything, even if they couldn't accept it.

"You know, most people would've said thank you by now."

He carried her all the way back to Jeremy's. She didn't try to fight him off, she was too busy reliving the times he'd bitten her, when he cornered her and scared her when he was first turned, their latest fight where he ended up kissing her so hard it bruised her lips, and the fact that he'd murdered people, his own father included. These thoughts kept circling in her head over and over and she got more and more afraid.

"I'm dropping you off, then you won't see me again, unless you want to,"

She nodded, still not trusting herself to speak. The part of her that was still in love with him didn't want him to go, but the part that was terrified of him couldn't wait for him to leave her alone.

Jeremy opened the door, looking comically surprised.

"Dimitri." Ryder explained. Jay led them towards a room with a couch and other random stuff that didn't make a lot of sense together. Maybe it was a storage room? "Put her in here," Then he slammed the door and locked them in there. Ryder looked pissed, but he carefully put her on the couch first anyway. Maybe he still cared a little bit.

"Work out your differences, or neither of you are getting out of there!"

"And how the fuck do you suggest we do that when there's a scared to hell human in here, that smells thereof and won't open her fucking mouth to say anything to anyone?"

Oh great, Jeremy and Ryder were shouting at each other through the door. Except Jay didn't shout back. In fact, he ignored him. Ryder sunk down to the floor where he was at the door and glared at her.

Oh God, I'm alone in a room with a murderer. Her heartbeat accelerated as her fear levels increased. She was locked in a room with a man who had killed people, and whom had hurt her. She couldn't escape even if she wanted to, her leg was broken.

"You know, most people would've said thank you by now."

She swallowed thickly, thoughts on how he murdered his father. How had he done it? Had he done it like he had the people before him? By feeding until they died? Or did he torture him like Dimitri would have done?

She tried to speak, but all that came out was a terrified squeak. She tried again, "U-u-um, thanks for... saving me..." She winced at how weak and scared her voice sounded.

Great, Jeremy was just going to ignore him.

Lilah was getting more and more afraid by the minute and she was getting closer and closer to being in danger of some snuggling if she didn't calm down. If it had been hard to carry her to Jeremy's without jumping her, that was nothing compared to now.

"You know, most people would've said thank you by now."

"U-u-um, thanks for... saving me..."

"Now see how much better that feels?" he smiled a little, got another whiff of Lilah and found himself on his feet and a few steps closer to her before he could blink. It took him a lot of effort, but he managed to take some huge steps back to the door and look at her with great curiosity.

"You really ought to calm down," he said gently, moving a little closer, slowly this time and with his hands in front of him to show he meant no harm. Before he could stop himself, he sighed on reflex and upon inhaling air, he got another whiff of her and was sitting next to her before he knew it.

"I'm sorry if I startled you," he whispered, reaching out and touching her hair gently, before he was placing a kiss everywhere he could from her collar bone to her lips, though they were only butterfly kisses. He didn't kiss her right away, he gave her plenty of warning before he did so, putting all his longing for her into that one kiss, because he missed her so.

"I can't seem to help myself," he whispered when he pulled away, planting another kiss on her cheek before leaning away so that he could look at her without being all over her, though he had found her hand with his and brough it to his lips. He didn't care if he'd startled her now, he just wanted to hold her close for a little while, before they would talk, or maybe they could talk while snuggled up on the couch. He liked that idea a lot.

"Now see how much better that feels?" He smiled at her and was on his feet, coming towards her as if in a trance. He seemed to shake himself out of whatever stupor he was in and forced himself backwards towards the door again. She eyed him warily. He didn't look like he was going to hurt her, but then again, he had before. He had even enjoyed scaring her on a couple of occasions.

He looked at her curiously, like it was her that was making him act all funny. She wasn't doing anything but sitting there, wallowing in her own fear... Oh. Her fear probably intensified her scent, which he had previously claimed to be attracted to. It seemed that was still the case. She didn't want him near her, though, he had killed people...

He was slowly advancing, hands held up in an 'I-won't-hurt-you' position. She wasn't fooled, she--- She blinked and he was sitting beside her. Woah. Must have used vampire speed. She tried to muster up her fear, but having him so close...

He leaned towards her, touching her hair. She was too surprised to move. Maybe a little bit of fear had petrified her, too, but that had mostly dissipated with his nearness. She had missed him.... No, you stupid girl! ...Oh... He was kissing her all over, from her collarbone to her neck to her cheek... Then he was kissing her on the lips. She eagerly kissed him back.

I love you, you stupid vampire, I missed you, why'd you have to kill people? Even though she thought about it, with him kissing her and being all over her like that in such a tender, loving way (like he used to, when they were first together), she couldn't help but notice that she was still in love with him. And she wasn't going to fall out of love with him any time soon, murderer or not.

"I can't seem to help myself," He whispered, kissing her cheek once more before pulling back. His hand was holding hers, though, and he brought it to his lips and kissed it. She just kept staring at him, both relieved and in awe that they were like this again. But did she really want that? Of course she did, she was just being too stubborn to admit it at first. And apparently she hadn't been the only one hurting by their break up. But she had had to leave, she couldn't handle it.

"I... You..." Way to be eloquent, you bumbling imbecile. She tried again. "You know I still love you. And I want to be together again." He looked so hopeful. Maybe he still loved her, too? "But... I don't know... if I can. I mean I really, really want to... But..." She sighed and frowned, running out of words too soon. She probably hadn't even made any sort of sense. She ran her thumb across his hand, trying to get all she could out of the moment before it inevitably ended. She hoped it wouldn't end any time soon. She loved him and missed him too much.

It pleased the vampire to no end that he was allowed to kiss her all over, like he had in the beginning, and that she wasn't that afriad anymore. Why had he done all those horrible things to her, when kissing her still felt so good, and even better because she was kissing him back.

"I can't seem to help myself," and it was a good tihng that he'd pulled back a little, or he'd have kissed her again and wouldn't have been able to do anything but that for a while. Wait, was that such a bad thing? Of course it wasn't, and he glad that he'd found a way to relax her, even if she smelled so much better when frightened. When she wasn't so scared, it was easier to keep his hands off so they could sort things out, at the very least enough to be friends again.

"I... You..."

She was so adorable right now, it was all he could do not to interrupt her with another kiss.

"You know I still love you. And I want to be together again."

He hoped this was possible, but he didn't really believe it could go like that.

"But... I don't know... if I can. I mean I really, really want to... But..."

Letting her run her thumb across his hand, he thought through (very briefly) how to word himself without saying anything stupid. He had figured that she wouldn't be able to be with him after he'd killed his father. This was what he deserved.

"It's okay," he said and kissed her cheek again. He was going to introduce Lilah to the Alistair Ryder kissing game. Everytime he said he was sorry, he was going to place a kiss on her, because he wanted to make the most out of this right now. But he stopped himself, because they needed to talk, not get lost in all the longing.

"This isn't going to be something you'd probably want to hear about, but please just listen, because I need to tell someone." That was a new, he needed to tell someone something? Wow.

"My dad... I had a taste, but he was just like John all over again, and I wasn't going to kill him at first. I ended up breaking his neck, because I didn't want to lose everything by allowing him to go back home and tell people what I'd done," he didn't want to be talking about this, but he needed her to know, needed her to know he was willing to open up to her for real.

"It was the first time I killed anyone since you moved in. Even if I still prefer human blood, I don't have to kill the person, and so I haven't for a while." However attracted he was to her right now, he kept to himself, only caressing her hand a little. He was telling her the truth, and he wasn't having too much trouble with it for once.

"I don't expect you to be able to accept this, and I didn't expect you to calm down so quickly. We got ahead of ourselves, and I'm sorry," he kissed her hand again. "And you were right, I don't know much about love, but I know I've never felt like this before."

"I'm sorry I didn't stop Dimitri sooner," he said and leaned closer to kiss her collar bone again. "I'm sorry I upset you during the show," another kiss, on her neck now. "I'm sorry I bit you, again, sorry I killed my father. I'm sorry for all the times I scared you or otherwise hurt you," he continued, he had a lot of things to say sorry for. "I'm sorry I messed around with Melissa. I never should've kidnapped you, for that I am truly sorry. I'm sorry I abandoned you, and I'm sorry I frightened you after saving you from Duncan." He had reached his goal now and kissed her gently on the lips, not lingering this time. Was there anything else he was sorry for right now? Yes, but it wasn't a bad thing, he hoped, so he wasn't going to voice it. He was sorry he loved her, sorry he couldn't keep to himself.

"Is there even the slightest chance we could at least be friends again?" he asked and forced himself to let go of her hand, get up and move a little away. He didn't want to, but he thought it was what was best or he'd go on kissing her or hurt her again (though he was sure he wouldn't physically hurt her).

She was deliriously happy he didn't get mad and explode on her. Honestly, she had expected him to. She didn't really know why, but half the things she said just seemed to set him off. Luckily he seemed pretty happy and calm right now.

"This isn't going to be something you'd probably want to hear about, but please just listen, because I need to tell someone."

She nodded. She'd listen. She was kind of wary, though. Was he going to talk about when he killed his father? She didn't really want to talk about that, but she'd listen. As he said, he needed to tell someone, if he kept it all bottled in, he'd end up like Dimitri.

"My dad..."

Oh, darn. He was going to talk about the night he'd killed his father.

"I had a taste, but he was just like John all over again, and I wasn't going to kill him at first. I ended up breaking his neck, because I didn't want to lose everything by allowing him to go back home and tell people what I'd done,"

Well... At least he hadn't tortured him? At least he'd made it quick and painless, that was all she could hope for.

"It was the first time I killed anyone since you moved in. Even if I still prefer human blood, I don't have to kill the person, and so I haven't for a while."

She knew he was being honest, and she was grateful. Not only for his honesty, but also for the fact that he hadn't really been killing people. Had he stopped for her? If he had, she was thankful.

"I don't expect you to be able to accept this, and I didn't expect you to calm down so quickly. We got ahead of ourselves, and I'm sorry. And you were right, I don't know much about love, but I know I've never felt like this before."

As long as he wasn't killing people, she could accept it. If he'd just stop with the murders, she could be with him again. Oh, and he had to not hurt her.

"I'm sorry I didn't stop Dimitri sooner," he said and leaned closer to kiss her collar bone again. "I'm sorry I upset you during the show," another kiss, on her neck now. "I'm sorry I bit you, again, sorry I killed my father. I'm sorry for all the times I scared you or otherwise hurt you,"

For every apology, he gave her a kiss in various places. She loved the attention, she had missed his care and affection.

"I'm sorry I messed around with Melissa. I never should've kidnapped you, for that I am truly sorry. I'm sorry I abandoned you, and I'm sorry I frightened you after saving you from Duncan."

She smiled softly at him. She accepted his apologies, and hoped that her smile would convey that. Then again, he could be a bit like Luke at times, so he might not understand. "I forgive you."

"Is there even the slightest chance we could at least be friends again?"

He got up and moved away from her. She almost went after him, but remembered at the last second that she had a broken leg. "If you won't kill anyone again, I'd like..." She swallowed, suddenly nervous, "I'd like it if we, you know..." she blushed. "Were a couple again. I know it's a lot to ask after running off, but.... I can't help it, I love you." She stretched out her hand in his direction, trying to gesture for him to come back to her.

It seemed Lilah didn't mind the attention at all, whenever he placed a new kiss on her, and it delighted him. So he kept going. Her smile was just so charming now that she was actually talking to him, letting him shower her with admiration and affection. Sure it still hurt that she'd left like she had, but that was a small hurt compared to all the pain he'd caused her.

"I forgive you."

He could've kissed her. Wait, he'd already done that. Still he moved a little away when he asked his next question, just to be sure.

"Is there even the slightest chance we could at least be friends again?"

"If you won't kill anyone again, I'd like... I'd like it if we, you know..."

The most adorable blush crept over her face as he waited for what she was trying to say, trying not to get his hopes up.

"Were a couple again. I know it's a lot to ask after running off, but.... I can't help it, I love you."

Lilah really hadn't needed to stretch out her hand in his direction, he was on his way to sit next to her anyway, she'd just made his day. "I'd like that very much too, only this time, let's take it a bit slower, ok?" He meant that they should keep their separate places for a little while longer, because moving in together right away might not be the best idea, as they'd already tried that.

"I'm starting to like it in here," he said with a smile and rested his head against Lilah's shoulder, closing his eyes for a little while. He wasn't sure he wanted to tell Jeremy they were OK just yet, it would be nice to just spend more time with Lilah alone like this.

"I overheard you talking to Jeremy the other night," he looked at her and smiled a little. "Thank you for not telling him anything. Though he knows I lied to someone and hurt you that night, there was no way around him finding out something when he helped me move, he doesn't know anything about dad." He kissed her jawline, so he wouldn't have to move his head from her shoulder.

"I still love you too," at least he thought he did. If he didn't know what love was, he couldn't love someone, but this was as close as he would get then.

"I'd like that very much too, only this time, let's take it a bit slower, okay?"

She nodded. "Yeah, I agree. It's just, Seth's... erm, passing..." She still couldn't bring herself to say death, "It pushed us too close too fast."

"I overheard you talking to Jeremy the other night,"

She would have gotten nervous if he hadn't smiled at her. She was in love with that smile, in love with him.

"Thank you for not telling him anything. Though he knows I lied to someone and hurt you that night, there was no way around him finding out something when he helped me move, he doesn't know anything about dad."

She nodded again and smiled back at him. "I couldn't leave you without any friends, Ryder. Even if we did have a very messy break up, I wasn't going to betray you like that." She squeezed his hand, leaned over and gave him a quick peck on the lips. "I'm not that kind of person, even if I hadn't still cared for you."

"I still love you too,"

Lilah smiled and leaned into him. She tilted her head up and kissed him. "I missed you so much, you know. I wasn't sure I would be able to even live in the same place, it was too close to you. But then Jeremy told me you were moving, and I thought maybe if I forgot about you, the pain would stop... I'm sorry, you probably don't want to hear about my feelings."

"Yeah, I agree. It's just, Seth's... erm, passing... It pushed us too close too fast."

It seemed like this was a fact everyone agreed with it, and he knew it to be true. They hadn't been ready to live together and it hadn't exactly helped that he'd not even been there half the time to begin with.

"I overheard you talking to Jeremy the other night. Thank you for not telling him anything. Though he knows I lied to someone and hurt you that night, there was no way around him finding out something when he helped me move, he doesn't know anything about dad."

"I couldn't leave you without any friends, Ryder. Even if we did have a very messy break up, I wasn't going to betray you like that."

He'd been lucky with his choice of confidante. He'd found one that wouldn't betray him just like that, and he truly was grateful. If she'd left him without any friends, he would've picked up a lot more from Dimitri for sure, because he'd be desperate for some company.

"I'm not that kind of person, even if I hadn't still cared for you."

"I still love you too,"

Everything was back to normal. No wait, better than normal, because the air between them seemed to be clearer than it had been before, even if they had both been badly hurt. To be the subject of her affection, however modest, was his favorite thing in the world, though playing with his friends came to a close second.

"I missed you so much, you know. I wasn't sure I would be able to even live in the same place, it was too close to you. But then Jeremy told me you were moving, and I thought maybe if I forgot about you, the pain would stop... I'm sorry, you probably don't want to hear about my feelings."

The vampire found her hand and laced his through it. "I thought it would be easier for you if I moved," he chuckled, "and I don't mind hearing all about your feelings, especially not right now that we're locked up." He'd missed her and he would try his best to be a better boyfriend this time around, though he wouldn't promise anything. Promises made by the vampire always ended up broken, so it was better to leave them out of the equation all-together.

"For future reference.. what kinds of flowers do you like?" he wanted to get her her favorite the next time, and not because he was sorry, but because he wanted to make her happy. Ok, so because he sorry too, but that was besides the point now that they were back together.

He wanted her to show him just how much he'd missed her, but he thought was would be a bit too much because he feared she'd go all red and stuttering, like she had that one time he'd been shirtless. Then he remembered her leg was broken.

"Does it hurt a lot?" He looked down at the leg from where he was sitting, but he didn't want to move to have a closer look, because he liked to have her close.

"I thought it would be easier for you if I moved, and I don't mind hearing all about your feelings, especially not right now that we're locked up."

He was so sweet. Well, at least when he wasn't angry. When he was angry he was scary. But when he wasn't pissed off for some reason or another, he was really, really sweet. But it wasn't really his fault he was so unstable, she had seen it in his father and sister. It was genetic for him, plus he had been turned into a vampire by an evil psycho, so who could blame him? She had at first, but that only ended up getting her and him hurt.

"For future reference.. what kinds of flowers do you like?"

She giggled. Why was he asking, because all he had given her were white roses? What, was this so if he messed up big time again, he could try with her favorite flower instead of roses? She hoped he wouldn't push her away like he had, though. She loved him too much, and it hurt too much. She needed to have at least one good thing in her life, too many bad things had happened to her.

"I don't know... I kind of like the iris, though, if I was forced to choose."

"Does it hurt a lot?" He asked, looking at her leg. Stupid weaknesses... "Not really," she answered honestly, "Not with you here to distract me." She smiled and kissed him again. Then they sat there in silence, just basking in the presence of each other.

Her mind wandered back to the pesky subject of Ryder killing his father. She almost asked why he had done it, but two things stopped her. One, she was afraid he would get mad at her again, and they were only just now being happy together again, and two, she figured it out on her own. He had said it wasn't his first intention... So maybe, when David broke Sarah's heart, Ryder decided that he would hurt David for hurting Sarah. And then he got carried away, possibly by bloodlust.

She banished these thoughts to the back of her mind. That was in the past, they were together and happy again, who was she to complain? Then she remembered that they were locked in a room. She smiled slightly. "Should we tell Jeremy, or let him think we're still mad at each other so we can stay like this longer?"

"I don't know... I kind of like the iris, though, if I was forced to choose."

Then irises were what he was going to get her the next time he saw her.

"Does it hurt a lot?"

"Not really, not with you here to distract me." She smiled and kissed him again.

The silence that followed was a comfortable one, and he didn't feel the need to break it just now, he was so grateful for a lot of things right now, but the person he was most grateful with right now had to be Jeremy. Without knowing whether it'd work or not, he'd taken a chance and locked them up, and it had gotten them to talk about at least one of the things that had driven them apart, as well as agree that they'd both like to be together again.

"Should we tell Jeremy, or let him think we're still mad at each other so we can stay like this longer?"

He grinned at her. Sure, he didn't like the whole locked up thing, but it sure had helped them, and it wasn't so bad being locked up, as long as she was there with him and in his arms again.

"Personally, I wouldn't mind being here a little longer," he was in a playful mood now, but he wasn't going to hurt her because of it, or let her go on being hurt. "But I think we need someone to look at your leg, and we can always have Jeremy lock us up some other time," he winked at her.

Kissing her one last time, he was about to go knock on the door to let Jeremy know he could let them out when he changed his mind. "On second thought..." And he went back to kissing her. "I've missed you so much..." he said between kisses, "Don't move," he whispered thickly, before he created a hickey on her throat, very careful not to grace her with his fangs. He didn't want to scare her, which was why he'd told her not to move, kissing her cheek once more, he smiled to apologize.

Turning slightly away from Lilah towards the door, he covered Lilah's ears with his hands and shouted at Jeremy: "You can let us out now." Smiling at his precious girl, he dropped his hands from her ears and found her hand again.

"Personally, I wouldn't mind being here a little longer,"

She smiled up at him. She completely agreed with him.

"But I think we need someone to look at your leg, and we can always have Jeremy lock us up some other time," He winked at her.

She nodded. "Okay," Right now, she'd probably agree to anything he wanted. Except, of course, her greatest fear. But if he really wanted that from her, if he tried to do it to her despite her not wanting it, it would tear her apart. She loved him, if he did that... But he would never do that to her. He wasn't Duncan or Dimitri.

"On second thought..." And they were kissing again. "I've missed you so much..." Before she could say she'd missed him, too, he whispered in a husky tone that made her slightly nervous, "Don't move." Then his face was in her throat. Her heart started racing as he started to suck at a vulnerable spot on her throat. He wouldn't bite her again, would he? But no, that didn't seem to be what he was doing.

As he pulled back and looked at her face again, she had a feeling she now had a hickey. He smiled at her in what she assumed was supposed to be an apology. He shouldn't have to apologize, he hadn't hurt her. He covered her ears with his hands and shouted, "You can let us out now."

"You can let us out now."

Jeremy put down his book and got up. He stared suspiciously at the furniture blocking the door, as if Ryder could see him. He wasn't quite sure if he believed it or not. So he hollered out, "Prove it!" What he didn't expect was Lilah to answer him in a happy-sounding voice.

"It's true. We're not at odds anymore."

That was the most he'd heard her speak since that concert where she cried her eyes out backstage. Okay, fine, he'd buy it. But if I get attacked when I open this door, he thought as he moved the furniture out of the way, our fucking friendship is over forever.

He cautiously opened the door, and the first thing he saw was a bright red mark on Lilah's pale neck. His eyes widened. Obviously they had made up, since she now sported a hickey that hadn't been there before Jeremy had locked the two in there.

"Well... At least you weren't lying..." Honestly, what the hell could he possibly say? They were even cuddled up against each other! "So I'm just gonna... Wow. A hickey, huh?" Lilah started blushing. He smirked. "Red, I don't think I've ever seen you with a hickey. Ever." She blushed harder. He smiled to himself. "I'm gonna go get something to help out your leg, Lilah. I'll be back. Don't do anything I wouldn't do."

When he got back, he saw they were still cuddling. He smiled and shook his head as he walked over to the pair. He knelt down in front of Lilah's raised leg and proceeded to bandage and brace it.
