War
It has dragged on for nearly 4 centuries. The battle for the top of the food chain rages onwards. Teeth, claw and mere human instincts are the weapons of this time. Werewolves are the ones in power, having forced the night walkers deep into the underground. The humans fight against them both, in their struggle for the top once more. Which side of this epic battle will you choose to be on?

Dhampirs Between two worlds life hovers like a star, twixt night and morn, upon the horizon's verge. Lord Byron There are many myths concerning the Dhampir, from a woman with child being bitten, and the infant becoming a dhampir, to nightwalkers mating and creating offspring. Neither are true. The first Dhampir was born of a human woman, though her mother had mated with a nightwalker. True, Nightwalkers cannot pro-create, there is a small loophole. The pairing of mortal woman and nightwalker males are bound by nature to end in disaster.
The first dhampir was born around the year 200 BC. She lived a full and long life, with only the occasional need to feed on the blood of the living. However, the way in which she was created is the far more intriguing aspect.
The nightwalker had bedded a human woman, though it was in lust and not love. The woman was unwanting of her partner's affections, and her pursuer paid this no heed. He took her, despite her unwillingness to bed him. Having taken her as his own, he eventually bit the woman after his seed had left him. She died some few days later, after she had already conceived their child.
This woman however did not remain dead for long. She possessed the nightwalker 'sickness.' She was part of the large family of nightwalkers now. Eventually, her stomach grew, though the exact time was unknown. She gave birth to the child. A baby girl, stillborn due to the nature of her parents, or so they thought. The infant wailed and cried out for her mother's milk, but there was none to be had. The child fed off the blood her mother had ingested, and was half alive, and half dead.
The girl grew like most mortals, though once every few years, her body demanded to be fed blood. It was revolting to the seemingly human girl, it was however neccessary.
