It has dragged on for nearly 4 centuries. The battle for the top of the food chain rages onwards. Teeth, claw and mere human instincts are the weapons of this time. Werewolves are the ones in power, having forced the night walkers deep into the underground. The humans fight against them both, in their struggle for the top once more. St Augustin
The central point of The Sanctum, St. Augustin is a cathedral being reconstructed. Tall, empowering, and so very neutral a place, it has long been a safe haven, a place of help and renewal. Run and protected by a man known solely as Jude, it is a meeting ground for the triumvate, and also, any major act of diplomacy. Need shelter? Come here. Need food? Come here. Need protection in the night? For the love of god, RUN here.

The Sewers
Though it's not the most pleasant place to live, but the Mystic Circle seem to thrive here. Since there's no running water, due to a lack of electricity running to the pumps, the sewers are a haven for the cult. Away from the public eye, and with a supply of water that miraculously continues bubbling up from some deep underground well, they are in constant supply of fresh water, only having to boil it to drink.

The Upper City
The Upper City, home to the werewolves, has been wonderfully rebuilt. Completely filled with clockwork servants in the wolves' homes, dirigibles in the sky, and steam-powered cars in the street, the Upper City is the perfect example of steampunk culture. Don't let your guard down here, though, because the wolves can smell your sweat.

The Lower City
Unlike the Upper City, the Lower City is in complete shambles. As dirty and dangerous as any ghetto, everyone in the Lower City is on edge, with the vampires lurking below and the wolves not very far away. The humans that live here aren't weaklings, though, and will fight to the end.

The Underground
Deep underneath the remains of the Lower City (and even stretching into some parts of the Upper City) is the Underground. Damp, dangerous, and devoid of any sunlight whatsoever, the Underground is home to the vampires, who have both large and small camps set up all over. Flash your fangs before you enter, or you might not come out the same...
