Characters(Battle) drawer (Original art drawing skills Required) Similar to this.
Tiler (Pixel art skills Required) - Basic Tileset
Background drawer (Original Art Drawing Skills Required) - These are pictures used in battle scenes
Animation frames (Original art and/or Pixel skills Required)(Animation skills Optional) - Basic RMXP Animation frame
Story Designer
Equipment and Items Designer
Quest and Missions Designer
Town management, NPC's and General Content support
Icon Drawer (Pixel Art Skills required) - Draws the Item and Equipment Icons (little pictures that display a basic image of the Item)

Optional:
A Ruby Coder - It would be really nice to have one of these, But I can cope with RMXP Forums Help.
A website Designer - PLEASE No Freewebs, I'm sick of them.
Ideas manager - Condenses Ideas and Manages them into an Index.
Mapper - Must have RMXP, Helps with Drawing Maps.

Thats what an Equipment and Weapons Designer does, Theory work basically.

The game is 16 bit top down Graphics so its Pixel art skillz. i think your more suited for the Physical work but Its up to you.

As in Drawing them? Sort of.. have you ever played the old Legend of Zelda games(top Bottom ones)? The GFX is like that.

You could do the Icons (little Icons of diffrent weapons)
You could help out with Character spiriting.

There ya go Two weapons,one item. (Due to lack of details as to the actual combat,some things may need changing) Just lemme know if you want to see something more,I tried to make them all rather unique,though the training sword I especially like. (Use a weaker weapon and get stronger,or use a stronger weapon? It adds an element of strategy for lower levels )
