*more than a month later*
Anyway, The Assassin's Apprentice is great, I'd recommend it for people who love unexpected endings, and it's a bit of a long read so you have to have some patience I'd love to recommend the following for your reading pleasure: -"Sabriel", "Lirael" , "Abhorsen" (triolgy) By: Garth Nix. Rating: * * * * * (out of 5) Opinion: My most fav of all of the books I've read on this list. I couldn't let it down! I'd spend days without eating or sleeping properly just so that I'd have enough time to read more of it. -The Chronicles of Narnia (series of 7) By: C.S.Lewis. Rating: * * * * * Opinion: Who ever said that children's books were for only children? Pfft! This is the best children's story after The Hobbit. -His Dark Materials (Triolgy) By: Philip Pullman. Rating: * * * Opinion: It was amusing, but the ending didn't go the way I expected it to... -Bored of the Rings By: Harvard Lampoon. Rating: (zero) Opinion: I thought that it would be a funny parody, it was so stupid! I've read funnier parodies online... -The Magical World of The Lord of The Rings By: David Colbert. rating: * * * * * opinion: Very interesting. It taught me a lot of fun and useful facts and answered a lot of questions that I had. A must have for any LoTR fan out there. -Harry Potter: The Order Of The Phoenix By: Rowling. rating: * * * * (and a half) My most fav HP book is The Goblet Of Fire, this is my 2nd most fav HP book. Will try to give reviews of them on the Review Thread asap ![]() -------------------- Then Frodo kissed Merry and Pippin, and last of all Sam, and went abroad; and slowly the ship slipped away down the long gray firth; and the light of the glass of Galadriel that Frodo bore glimmered and was lost.

oh you will so love it! I've been developing this urge to re-read the trilogy!
Hope you'll have as much fun reading it as I did. The best thing about it is that the main character's a female not a male...so it's pretty interesting to see how a female takes control of things...and the fact that she's trying to save her father from death is so -------------------- Then Frodo kissed Merry and Pippin, and last of all Sam, and went abroad; and slowly the ship slipped away down the long gray firth; and the light of the glass of Galadriel that Frodo bore glimmered and was lost.
