Hey guys! My name's Robert.

I love God, and he loves me.

I love Narnia!

I'm crazy over Switchfoot

I play bass guitar

And I have a confession to make (one of the many i've made today). I've never read the Bible. I'm hoping this will pick me up on it.

I'm excited to get into God's Word with all of you! I'm a non-denominational Christian. The Bible is my authority.

I also happen to be wisewoman from NarniaWeb, and it's cool to see so many NWebbers here!

Recently I've learned that I must love God's Word. Even though there are things I don't understand or even like in it, it is Truth. I can't pick and choose the bits I like—it's all or nothing.

One more thing: I often find www.biblegateway.com useful when I'm discussing the Bible online with people. The search features are pretty good and I think they have several versions (I usually use the NIV).

Blessings!

Hey guys! I'm Jewelofthewest from Narniaweb, but my real name's Hannah

I'm a Lutheran/Christian from Oregon (but I'll soon be at Belhaven College in Mississippi)

I'm pretty crazy about Narnia

I love listening to music and watching movies

wow... the more I talk with Griffon, the more I realize how similar we are (I often wonder if I'm talking to myself, but I'm not) I've read bits of the Bible, but not very much. I feel pretty bad when someone asks me if something's in the Bible and I don't know. I hope this Bible Study Group will help me to read it more diligently.

Yes, I messed up my login/screen name when I signed up for NarniaWeb many moons ago.

I'm a preacher's kid. Raised in the Lutheran denomination. Now I am a deacon at a Southern Baptist church. That said, the final word rests with the bible alone.

I am employed as a flight paramedic for a helicopter based at a hospital in western Arizona. We land in rural areas for medical emergencies or car accidents; also taking folks from small hospitals to larger hospitals. Its a living.

Married. Six birds. Four cats. A gerbil. No kids. One mother-in-law; we are trying to find her a good home.

Peanut butter is my favorite food group.

I'm not Amish or anything, but I prefer church at home. Lately, the service puts me to sleep.

Well, what can I say. I'm a Christian, but am part of no denomination: in fact, I doubt my beliefs would fit "non-denominational" either. tongue.gif

It's been pretty recent that I've really started to get into the habit of reading the Bible every morning. And I still need to get into a habit of "deeper studying" of the Bible. But this should help. smile.gif

And I'm an 18-year-old who's just finished his freshman year at Case Western Reserve University. Although it's a secular college, I've made many wonderful Christian friends over there.

Of course, y'all probably know about me on NarniaWeb and what I do over there.

ok. so I'm almost the same as GreenLady76 laugh.gif

I'm a bio-engineering major about to finish my sophomore year of college. I'm from Idaho, and I'm going to school in Washington

I was raised in non-denominational churches, but have been attending a Free Methodist church next to my school.

I currently work in my school cafeteria, but I'll be searching for an office job once I get home for the summer.

I have a cat who thinks she's a dog (or as my mom says... she's a dog in a cat's body).

hmm... I dunno what else you want to know about me, but feel free to ask, and I'll respond. (within reason of course, and it'll be up to my discretion tongue.gif )

Perhaps most important for many of you is who I am on NarniaWeb - I'm Varnafinde over there. But since she is an Elf, that wasn't so suitable here, so I'll be my human self instead. Not that I'm a RL queen - only in here.

I'm a Norwegian woman, 51 years of age, a mix between Baptist, Pentecostal and Non-denominational (how's that for confusion).

I'm trained as a teacher, but at the moment I'm working in the office of a Pro-Life organisation.

There is 'a man in my life', but no children.

I love books - CoN, LotR, some other fantasy writers as well - historical fiction, crime mystery - and especially children's literature. I write as Varnafinde in the Ditto Story at NarniaWeb, and as WiseQueen at fanfiction.net .

Years and years back I was a student of English at an English university (Exeter). Got some English friends then that I'm still in touch with. I'm an anglophile smile.gif I'm an active poster at a Tolkien board as well (Minas Tirith) as Varnafinde.
