This is where you announce what character you are going to be, and your chartacters stats. Skills will be assigned for you by dwandswforlife whenever she is able, since we do not have the base stats yet, just announce who you are going to be and edit your post when we give you your base stats. Skill 1: Rivalry- If any Kyuushu Feudal Lords on on the same battlefield, Sorin looses a small amount of morale, but his own unit becomes stronger for the rest of the battle.
Skill 2: Christianity- If any non-Christian General or Ruler is on the same battlefield all Christian Generals allied with Sorin including Sorin get a morale boost. If any Christian general is among the enemy, all Christian generals allied with Sorin including Sorin get a morale penalty when fighting that general.

Skill 1: Oni Dosetsu: When fighting an opponent with a higher WAR stat than Dosetsu, Dosetsu can temporarily change his WAR stat to match his opponents.

Skill 2: Fillial Piety: If Muneshige and/or GinChiyo are present during a battle, Dosetsu and GinChiyo/Muneshige recieve a morale boost

Skill 1: Daring Night raid: when Naoshige is greatly outnumbered by his enemy, and if naoshige has a higher combined LEAD and INT stat than his enemy, he can do a Night raid, which does 10 times his force number in damage. (he actually did this, and it was 12 times his force, so don't say its unrealistic)

Skill 2: Homeland Defence: if Hizen is invaded by a non-otomo power, Naoshige's army recieves 500 Ashigaru.

Random Stat System (RSS)
Randomizer - http://www.randomizer.org/form.htm
1. Each officer will have a randomized base stat, decided upon by the specific officer. It will range from 60-70 for the most proficient stat, 40-60 for average stats, and 20-40 for less proficient stats. It may be more or less depending on the character.
2. Branching from this, there will be 250 bonus points to assign to the daimyo. Also, each new officer recruited has these points as well.
3. To keep stats from reaching huge highs, it will take four bonus points to increase your most proficient stat, two for average stats, and one for the least proficient stats. This also keeps it well rounded.
4. Daimyo do away with a least proficient stat; instead it is an average one.
5. For officers, the point bonus is 225.

Skill 1: Adopted Brother-When any Hojo is on the field, Tsunashige gets a morale boost.
Skill 2: Staunch Defender- When Tsunashige’s unit has been reduced to half the original amount, this skill can be used to make Tsunashige’s unit immobile, but morale and defensive capability skyrockets.

Also, you should update this with your officers as we decide the starting ones. Later you should also edit in your recruited officers.

Skill 1: Immovable as the Mountain- If Shingen is using this skill while on defense, then all ploys and attacks do tremendous less damage.

Shall we make it ok for players to choose their proficient stat? but only in historical reason, so Tadakatsu can have WAR, or perhaps LEAD, but not POL or INT

I'm good with that. POL proficiency for Ujiyasu, coming right up!

mind if Sorin has POL as his most proficient as well?

I'm cool with that as well, so does that mean characters like Nobunaga or Shingen get to choose which proficient stat they want? I'm merely asking, not trying to make a mountain out of a mole hill or anything.

pretty much, but we can veto it if its too unrealistic (Musashi with proficiency POL, for example)

Yeah, but it has to stay somewhat with history. For instance, Shingen can have proficiency in almost anything, but Tadaktsu can't have a POL proficiency.
