I'll go down with the basics and go down first with what I gotta say. Seeing in most forums I'm in this board has a bad name. I realize this is not any one's fault, it is mine for not doing anything about this, I failed to see what would happen.

This Board has somewhat of a fading memory right about now. I'll point out what I have too, if anyone in staff has advertised anyone from other forums through PMing now let me know, this is a big no no. I've noticed The Scholar's newer members have joined. Then it hit me, Bisha and spark are the only ones with with links here. And as a matter of fact I know they wouldn't click on them for the hell of it. Your both inactive there, as well as there has been no posts from either of you. Obviously one of you is PMing members easy to figure out. And if your not motivated enough to read the board rules then let me enlighten you. Advertising through PM's is the biggest rule you can break there. I'll get back on this.

And perhaps The Scholars of Shen Zhou. - Enticing members through PM's to join a forum is called advertising.

Basically, look guys I'm trying to help out. I'm not here to be the bearer of bad news. And I certainly don't wanna be part of a community that does things like this. With the new features adding with the Scholars with the board upgrade it'about almost comparing it to koei.

As for me, I personally don't think this board is bad. Atleast not THAT bad.
It's cool, nice place to hang out for sometime or when you are bored. But I think that there are some negative things that I can recall:

1) In every single thread in this forum, some poeple tend to go way of topic (I'm not talking about the legendry Kwanakajima )
Seriously, a forum is one place where poeple can communicate with each other and express thier opinions regarding different sunjects and if anybody can talk about things in wrong places then it won't really achieve it's goal.

2) Some "commun" spamming, short posts and double posts. only caring about the post count.
And I don't blame poeple since they can't really edit thier posts.

3) (if you think it's harsh skp this cuz it would be the most harsh one)
If I'm not mistaken, this is a videogame& history forum. but I didn't see a single thread for game news or history researchs.
Even if it was a general forum, it really should have things to give. I mean how can you attract poeple if you don't have a single thing to offer.there are many forums these days, IF, Zeta, vb, IBP, PHPbb, Proboards and many other systems.
Many subject, and you're forum is in the most common one (videogame, history and general discussion) so why the hell would poeple choose your forum from all these millions of forums when you don't have anything to offer? just for the fact that they are your friends? you would be very lucky if they signed up and only posted twice.
I really recommend you look into this serious things and start "devolping" the forum.

Actually Ricky i would like to say that i never advertised This site on any topics, i may have referenced it in a few PMs, and a few posts but never so far as to give a link. Also on Sengoku, you can check with , Spark and Wassup went and impressed Sun Fin into joining us, i scolded them and appologized for their behavior
