As I can not distribute the rules online, I will not, but here is a link to the GURPS web sight were you can download a 'distillation of the basic rules'
www.sjgames.com/gurps/lite/gurpslite.pdf EVERY ONE MUST READ AND BE FARMILIAR WITH THE GURPS RULES BEFORE THEY JOIN AND MAKE A CHARACTER. Anyone, and I mean anyone, who asks me how to make a character will be immediately put out of Cordite RPG's unless they have a legitimate reason....There is no excuse for being ignorant of the rules, when I have just given you a link to an easy fix.
