. the rules .
the rules to this site are fairly simple, so i expect everyone to read them.
they're not long at all, by anyone's standards. and i'll so know if you did
not read them. -wiggles eyebrows- .the basics.
so this is pretty simple. no god moding, no instant hits, no death
(unless WE approve it), no perfect characters, no racial assaults
OCC, pretty much play nice OOC or we'll beat your ass with our
wire hangers abide to the invisionfree rules and yaddi yadda. pretty
much don't be a fucking tool. ya'dig?
OH! and this site's rated R dah'lings, which means that you
must be 16 (or accompanied by an adult) to role-play on this site.
it's pretty much; if i know you're mature for your age i'll let you play,
otherwise you'll need to go fuck off and play with your barbie dolls,
or some shit. .signing up.
alright so since this site takes place in the UK, please make those
names appropriate for the times. there aren't going to be a lot of
weird names, unless the parents were completely off their rockers.
there are a lot of family names that have been passed on... and
remember, the kids/teenagers of today their parents were born
and raised during the 60's and 70's and if they're adults now their
parents are even older... so the names of their kids would reflect
that. ALSO not that when you sign up sign up with your first name
and surname. there's nothing weird like a period at the
end so don't worry about it. oh and here are some helpful sites for
names... .the graphics.
graphics! yay! alright so here's the lowdown on graphics. i'm
generally not a huge fan of signatures (cos it takes me waaay
too long to make them) , but whatever. I usually have a series
of three images... but you guys can have less I don't mind.
just make sure that the dimensions don't become more than
400x250. avatars! yay! the general dimensions of these are
100x150 and i would LOVE it if everyone had the same dimensions,
because it would make the site look spiffy. course you don't
have too. i'm not going to be a czar about it (well that).
generally i'd like to see pictures of your play bys on there. ya
know, so we know whatcha look like.
speeeeeaking of. play bys. yeah about them. no drawings, p
aintings, animated bull shit that isn't an actual person. i hate
those. and no scene models. i know you all love them to bits
and fucking pieces, but let's get serious. oh and i hate disney/
scene/myspace people... so try not to use them. alright? that
being said, they all have to be age appropriate as well. gerard
butler does NOT look 20 (even if i'd love him to be), as goes
for younger actresses. lindsay lohan is not going to play a
30-something year old. get with it. .other shit.
there's a bunch of other stuff i need to address right here.
kay to start off with, i seriously dont want to see a lot of vag.
common, there has to be males around somewhere ... so i hate
to follow a trend, but i'm making it so that for every chick you
make you have to make a dude. no exceptions. if you've got
two babes, your next one has to be a male. period. i'm sick of
having sites eaten by female characters ... coz then i fuckin
have to make my girls lesbians to get them any action, which
would be fine if they were lesbians to start out with. you get t
he fucking idea.
next off; posting minimums. hazaa right? right. so well, i hate
to do this to you all (actually i dont but what the fuck ever) but
we're having a word count minimum. meeeeeaning i want to see
posts that are two paragraphs at least (six or seven sentences
each, about 400 or so words, and fucking 1000 characters). If
that's too much of a god damn hassle then find some other site
to puss all over.
next off we'll be talking about powers. i understand a lot of people
like to be 'rulers of the fucking universe' but seriously, get real.
i would rather have my character living in a gutter than ruling an
empire... it makes life interesting. so yeah no one is ruling a god
damn thing unless i say so. got it? hot damn. and look we're done
ranting. now finish your application already... slacker.
