Chevy Christ is just a stage name, but no matter who you are, he'll always hand off Chevy Christ. Born and raised in Los Angeles, California this twenty-seven year old is the founder and owner of Suicide Custom, a successful business dealing in the creation and sales of handcrafted acoustic and electric guitars and basses. He is currently in Bishop City to oversee the opening of his new east coast store and will be traveling between Los Angeles and The Bish quite often.

About Chevy himself, he's a very disturbed and reckless man who suffers from several psychological disorders, such as; Hyposexual Disorder and Bipolar Disorder type II. He is also a recovering heroine addict who has kicked his habit by forming equally destructive habits such as smoking, drinking, sex and putting himself in dangerous situations to feed off adrenaline. He's narcissistic, masochistic, over-confident, blunt honest to the extreme and honestly doesn't give a flying fuck what people think of him and embraces his 'shitty' personality traits happily. Chevy is a social creature--but he tends to be rather abrasive, friends can be a tricky thing with this man. One would have to be able to put up with his way of behaving and not constantly chastise him for the reckless behavior (well you can, he'll just have a bitchfit about it for awhile). When he wants to be, he can be a good friend. If anyone wants to attempt being his friend, I'm definitely open to it! I foresee him just having passing acquaintances but one or two people that could actually get along with him and be around him would be ideal.

If Chevy doesn't have enemies, I will be shocked. This will probably be his biggest category of people. From women scorned, husbands and boyfriends pissed off, to everybody else he's most likely rubbed the wrong way (verbally of course). I'm very open to people hating Chevy. Frenemies would be fun, people that would talk shit on him behind his back, people that openly hate him--feminists. This guy is seriously asking for trouble. I'm also open to any kind of crazy and wild schemes and plots that can be concocted as well! The crazier the better!

Now for some fuuuun! First and foremost, Chevy has Hypersexual Disorder, where he does a repetitious grind of finding consenting partners to satisfy his high velocity needs. He is not entirely picky, his constant craving for sex has led him to find redeeming qualities in just about every woman. He does, however, dislike feminists, highly intellectual women (they see through his bullshit), strippers & prostitutes (because of his mother and sister). That does not mean he wont try to bed any of the above, the former two present a fun and interesting challenge, the latter are for desperation...Chevy does not believe in using the term love, he believes it'd dangerous, but has been known to replace it, the one girl I'd like to fuck for the rest of my life. However, he tends to ruin good relationship in part to his high, sexual craves that cause him to cheat because of lack of satisfaction in the relationship.

I'm open to anything with this, but keep in mind anything that would involve 'love' would be insanely challenging and the chick would seriously have to put up with alot and there's a chance it might not even be worth it. Definitely open to hook-ups, drunken flings, mindless flirting and the like!

Hey there! I'm Birthe, and I have characters! Potentially plotty characters, so I'll just introduce the most likely candidates for interaction with Devon.

First, VIRGINIA JENNER, because...she's a literature professor and a hardcore feminist who tends to assume a rather challenging demenour around men (HAH, what am I saying, that's her default setting), and they'd no doubt butt heads in a big way! Which could be fun! She's quite a lot older than him, being a 45-year-old very misplaced West Side mom and divorcée, but I'm sure there's some interesting way they can meet. She also has some rather notable anger management issues, and even though she's got her ways of controlling it, she's not one to pull her punches. For a more covering description, click her name, and it'll take you to her profile! (That goes for all of mine...)

Next is COOPER VALE, who I think would get a kick out of Chevy. He tends to enjoy abrasive, potentially offensive people =P Cooper's currently a South Ender who owns an adult store with his closest friends (read: family) and also works as a janitor in his building. He's very involved in the gay rights movements and AIDS awareness, and you can often find him accosting strangers in the street and handing out condoms. Concerning Chevy...Cooper would probably flirt with him, but that's really just because that's just what he does, and he can't really switch it off. He'd enjoy his personality, though, vanity and narcissism included.

Other than those two, I also have RAFFAELE FIERRO, who I'm sure would clash with Chevy in a big way, SAMUEL RAINES, who would probably make repeated, naïve attempts at finding the deep-rooted sweetheart inside Chevy's person and befriend him, MICHAEL MILLER, who...would stare at him until he went away (that's his usual MO), MATHIEU VAN OUTRYVE D'YDEWALLE, who would scoff and judge and be his usual non-charming bratty self, and JACK WILKINS, who is...a cop. But a murder police, so as long as he doesn't go around killing people, he wouldn't be too bothered about Chevy =P Those last four got a rather slim introduction, but if you've got an interest in any of them, just grab 'em and shake 'em!

Hey Beez! I'm Ash, and I have some characters to offer you for plotting purposes. Oh, and welcome to Closer :D

First is ANNA-MARIA JENNER CARMICHAEL: She is a twenty-six year old university student, studying economics, and works as a stripper part-time to pay her way through school. Anna is quite feisty and generally is very upfront and tends to speak her mind. She was born on the West Side, but after travelling around Europe for five years, she came back to Bishop City and resisted the financial support of her parents, instead taking a job as a stripper to support herself, which is why she's in the South now.

Soo, I'm guessing that the 'stripper' element of Anna's life won't really endear her to Devon, and she is probably the kind of girl that would clash spectacularly with him, which can be very fun. I'm not sure how we could get them together in one place to initiate this or to play it out, but maybe if that's something you agree with and are interested in, we could work it out.

Next is PHOENIX DELAFIELD. He is a lightly eccentric high class prostitute and co-owner of an adult store with his other halves Cooper and Pax. He is from England, part of a famous acting family, but ended up living in multiple places around the world with his mother, before she killed herself when Phoenix was seventeen and he ended up living in Boston and working the bars and streets as a prostitute to get by. Phoenix is.. deliberately naive, prone to intense mood swings, confident, under-educated, very friendly, overly affectionate, needy, self centred, charming and a crying drunk. He likes re-invention, and telling a different story to everyone. He also enjoys being an escort and talking very openly about sex to anyone who enters his shop/general vicinity.

Potentially these two could be some kind of party/drinking friends. Phoenix is often kind of oblivious to insults, or just lets them roll off him, so he could probably put up with the more abrasive sides of Devon's personality, and he is also very social. The prostitute angle might be off-putting though, and Phoenix can be a little full on, and a bit of an acquired taste, so I'm not entirely certain how the two of them will get along, but yeah, this party/drinnking thing might be fun to try out. Phoenix will probably flirt with him, just to warn you... >.>

I have three others, but I don't see a whole lot with them, so I'll just do them briefly: ARDAN KENNEDY a South End mechanic, who is divorced with two young kids, and a recovering drug addict. So they have that whole drug thing in common, but I can't see them bonding over it. Ardan would likely think Devon was an idiot and not be too concerned about letting him know. Which could be fun. Depends what you think about it.

My other girl is VICTORIA PRYCE, a police lieutenant and generally quite a lovely, classy lady, originally from Chicago and now living in the South. I think the main potential between these to to would be to clash, not in the least because he has some dodgy habits and she's a police officer, so if you want to do with that we could do it.

And then there is DEVON CHAMBERS, another heavily tattooed Devon! He's an East Sider, who works as a bartender, and would probably not really get on with Devon, if they chanced to meet. Which is unlikely, as he doesn't often venture out of the East.

Virginia & Devon: A feminist and a lit. professor! Two types that Chevy tries to stay away from in one package! These two would definitely not get along. But I can see SO much fun with these two interacting. Chevy is definitely not the intellectual type, especially with literature (pfft, who reads these days anyway?) unless the conversation is about what he does and the manner behind it, there will definitely be no WOW factor on his intellect. Virginia being way older than Chevy really would not bother him (he'd find it fascinating and sexy which she'll probably hate). If the two meet and she obviously shows her disinterest, Chevy would probably back down--for a bit. He'd probably try to find out what pisses her off and push her buttons, conveniently being around her favorite hangouts, possibly annoying her with just his presence alone.

And with the whole IED & Manic Depression, these two would so collide.

Another interesting thing could be if/when Chevy starts to interact with Virginia's daughter, that could probably lead to some tension.

Cooper & Devon: I <3 these two already! Chevy could care less about a person's sexual-orientation. His firm belief is 'let anyone fuck whoever they want' and if that's Cooper's thing, well--that's Cooper's thing! Chevy would find it entertaining to be hit on by a guy, even more so if it starts off with Cooper thrusting a condom in his face when he walks down the street. Chevy would probably be able to get along with Cooper better than any other male because he doesn't have to compete with him for chicks. He'd totally hang out at the adult store too, just saying.

Raffaele & Devon: Would probably need to stay away from each other. They would clash so hard, mainly because I believe they're very similar, Raffaele is the Soc to Chevy's Greaser. I can see them trying to compete with each other as he'd probably have Chevy at a disadvantage with his smooth, clean, suavy-suavness.

Sam & Devon: Would actually be rather interesting. It'd be fun to have someone try to prod at Chevy because they're convinced there's a good person underneath all the filth. Seeing as Sam is a doctor and Devon is a reckless, suicidal idiot, Sam could chastise him about his habits which would just annoy Chevy to no end.

Michael & Devon: Chevy would probably just stare back.

Mathieu & Devon: Would be a person if he ever got to know for some reason, he'd mock constantly, do things that would generally piss him off.

Jack & Devon: Probably wont ever meet unless in passing or maybe at a bar. Don't really see much going there.

Anna-Maria & Devon: I think we could do something interesting with these two, Chevy tends to not ask about other's professions (because he doesn't want to hear exotic dancer) so they could meet some place, like at a bar or party. I find people that clash to be more fun than people that get along beautifully, so there should be much clashing. We could probably tie in something with her mother [if you read above] to make things more fun. It would also be interesting to see what would happen if/when Chevy gets to know her more and takes more interest in her to come to find out she's a stripper.

Phoenix & Devon: Chevy definitely needs party friends! He would actually be alright finding out about Phoenix being a prostitute/escort as it's a male and the stripper/prostitute angle only bothers him with females. Chevy finds it entertaining when men hit on him, he'd probably roll with it and flirt back for fun, expressing his woes of only loving women. Seeing as Chevy is an acquired taste as well, I'm sure the two won't have too much trouble getting along.

Ardan & Devon: Recovering addicts bro-fist...not really. The more people tell Chevy he's an idiot, the more of an idiot he acts. Ardan might get frustrated by Chevy's reckless ways as he is pretty much trying to kill himself, while Ardan is the fight for life sorts. They'd butt heads, and that'd be fun!

Victoria & Devon: She needs to arrest him, prefferably while he's drunk so he can make drunken passes at her from the back of the police car. (If she still goes out on patrols that is).

Devon & Devon: Yay for tattooed Devons! Since Devon works at a bar, Chevy and him would most likely meet. They can bitterly banter to each other over the bar, Devon can send him the wrong drinks.

GINNY&DEVON could be massively hilarious if he started hanging out at her favorite places and being annoying. I would love to see some Ginny-snarling going on; I so rarely get to do that!! (Which is weird. She's such a snarly person, why doesn't she snarl more?) And oh lord, if there was something with Anna too... That'd be potentially hilarious (for me/us), because she gets soooo protective. And she WOULD hate it if she got the impression that he found it sexy that she was a lot older than him! Or, potentially, anyway! That could potentially make for some very interesting situations, possibly with Ginny going "...if you're turned on right now, I'm going to kill something."

COOPER&DEVON: I'm loving this already too! They really should have met/should meet (whichever you prefer) when Cooper thrust a condom in his face and slapped him with one of his more-or-less successful catch-phrases (rub-a-dub-dub, wear a love-glove?), and started chatting him up. Because that's what he does. And Cooper certainly doesn't mind people hanging out at the adult store! It's a home for one and all, as far as he's concerned ;] He'd give him the grand tour and walk him through all his frequent reorganizations of all the sections.

RAFE&DEVON: Hahaha, I can definitely see all of that, too XD They would probably be safest staying away from one another, but if we ever feel like we need some hefty antagonism in our lives, we know where to go!

SAM&DEVON: Hahaaa, Sam totally would chastise him in his very grave, kindergarten-teacher-like way, no matter how much it annoyed Chevy XD He'd no doubt be very worried about him, because, clearly, Devon is really a very good person who just needs some love and support! And a smile a day! Which in this case won't keep the doctor away, but it will make him satisfied that Devon is being cared for. =P

THEN THERE'S THE OTHER THREE, which we might find cause for looking more into in the future if we need a staredown (LOL) or some mockery (would amuse me to no end) or...um...random bar-meeting. -coughs- RIGHT.

Anna + Devon: This would greatly amuse me, particularly if we manage to get Ginny involved, and Anna will be all pissed that he's hitting on her mum and Ginny can be protective of Anna, so he's met with a wall of Jenner disapproval and annoyance. I think that would be very fun. But as for the two of them separately, I like the idea of them meeting at a party and him not knowing about the whole stripper thing... and they can argue about stupid stuff and generally wind one another up.

Phoenix + Devon: haha, excellent... Phoenix will also express his woes that Devon only loves women, so yes, I like it. Also, linking in with Birthey plotting again, Phoenix and Cooper own the adult shop together, so I imagine if Devon ended up in hanging out in the shop sometimes, he and Phoenix would very likely have more contact with one another.

Ardan + Devon: Yeaaaah, Ardan would be wondering what the hell is wrong with this guy, and why he's trying to kill himself, exactly. So that will be fun. I kind of like the difference in their approaches, as you pointed out, with Ardan trying to get past his addiction and not kill himself, while Devon seems to be running head on into whatever he can find.

Victoria + Devon: She does still go on patrols, so I think she should definitely arrest him at some point while he's drunk. She'll do her best to ignore the passes being made at her, but she'll probably tell him to shut the hell up at some point.

Devon + Devon: Well, my Devon works in the East Side, but as long as your Devon feels the need to venture into those parts of the city, I'm sure we could work something out between them. Also, he is friends with Cooper, so there is always the potential they might both be in the shop at the same time. But anyways, yeah, there would probably be some antagonism between the two.
