Wanna be an Affiliate of Close My Eyes Forever? Please reply to this thread with the following information.

Buttons should be no more then 100x33 pixels. Anything larger will be sized down to the right dimensions. Use the code below to link us back. And your site must fit with The Rules for Advertising. One rule that you won't find over there is this one, because it is mainly for Affiliates only -

If your Button for your website changes to the 'This Image Has Been Removed or Deleted' image, you will have a month before I remove it from the Affiliates list. Same goes if your link stops working or you're site is in maintenance mode. If you get it fixed after the month, you can still be an Affiliate with CMEF, just reply back to this thread again.
