Because her character was killed on the show, but she is a great actress, we are allowing Sandra McCoy to be used as an avatar still. The character would be the twin sister of the woman who was possessed by the Crossroad demon that Sam killed.

Also, once someone has died their avatar does not become open to use again, they are dead and the avatar won't be used again. However, some avatars will be allowed to have twins, but not everyone has twins so it cannot happen all the time. And if you want to use a twin of someone who has already died, the idea has to be really good.
