Before applying for a new character please have ten IC posts on your previous character's account. Your application will be moved to WIP until this requirement is met. All other rules still apply. If your reservation on a canon expires during this time period it takes you to post ten IC posts for your last character then the canon can be reserved by someone entirely new whether your application is complete or not. This rule isn't to punish anyone, but to ensure you're taking a character you want and to encourage players to begin establishing the character before adding another one to their lists.
