Board Rules

1) No Spam, Unless in Spam Forum. Spam is less then 3 words. Also, do not spam in any other forums. We dont want this forum to look very messy and all. We want this forum to be neat, good, and very friendly. Also, dont just spam in the "Leet" Language. If you want to do that, you can do that in the spam forum also. If you do not know what Leet Language is, its like this "R0X0rZ! Or 1 Am 73h b357!" Some people can't understand this.

2) No hackers in this forum! The last thing we want is this forum to be hacked! If you hack this forum. Oh, you'll be in serious trouble. Examples of punishments are a ban. Thats right. A ban. We strongly advise no one to hack. If we see this. Its ban for you. Now you dont want to get banned, do you?

3) No Pornography, Hentai, Yuri, and Yaoi! There are children in these forums! We dont want to show rated R stuff to these children! Hentai is like Pornography, but with Girl X Boy. Yuri is Boy X Boy, and Yaoi is Girl X Girl. If you post any pictures inclucing these! Thats it! Its a Ban! Got That! A Ban! We dont want to see any of that kind of stuff in these forums! So DO NOT POST PORNOGRAPHY, HENTAI, YURI, AND YAOI! I did that in caps to make it clear.

4) Respect all staff members! We want this forum to be very friendly! Treat others the way you want to be treated! We'll treat you good if you treat us good. So please, be nice, try not to be mean to the staff please.

5) Respect the opinions of Members! Don't say that it sucks, or I hate it, and etc. Hate is such a strong word. If you do this, the whole topic may turn out into a flame war. Or the member might leave because of cruelty and harassment. Please, dont do this. We dont want anyone to leave.

6) No Double Posting over once! Dont even try to double post! Double posting just spams up the whole forum. If you double post, we may give you a verbal warning or just a warning added towards your account. Please, dont double post. Thats why theres an edit button. The Edit button is used to fix errors and etc. Thats right! Fix Errors! You can fix your errors instead of Double Posting!

7) No Flaming other members or staff members! Dont say F*** or S***! If you want to flame, censor your words like S*** or D***! and etc. Remember, this forum is friendly, we dont want this forum to be evil, full of hate, and very cruel to other members. We want this forum to be friendly! Yes. Very Friendly! If you flame, we can warn you. Or at least members can report you that your flaming others.

8) No Heavy Advertising! If you dont know what heavy advertising is, well.. ill tell you. Heavy Advertising is when you advertise in an incorrect forum. Its like this. After when you post, you advertise. For Example :

Poster: Hey! That was cool fan fiction! Please join my forum! Please! Oh Pretty Please! Link is here!

Yes. Heavy Advertising is like that. Chaos Ark is not a place where you can advertise everywhere like a bulletin board. Its a place where we can chat about Sonic and Co.

9) Do not, I repeat, do not stretch the forum with long texts and long signatures, and long avatars!. This can be very annoying because all the members would have to scroll all the way to the side just to find the stinking reply button! This can be extremely annoying! Please, limit your posts, sigs, and avatars. We dont want this forum to stretch to the size as a 12 ft hot dog.

10) No Bashing Shadow! This forum is about Shadow and Co. If you bash, we will warn you. If this continues on, the result of this will be either a suspension, or if it keeps on going, then a ban! Thats right! A Ban! So please, do not bash Shadow and Co. If you do not know what bashing is, its when you insult Shadow and making fun of him, or being mean to him.

11) No Trolls! A troll is when a person causes alot of serious problems and breaks all the rules as possible in the forum. Please! We dont want this forum to be flooded with spam, flame, and most importantly, Trolls! So thats right! If you see a troll, Ban him or at least tell a member! We are all sick and tired of people who causes problems on purpose.

12) Stay Active or at least try to and have a lot of fun in this forum! Try to stay active please! We want this forum to be very active! Also, have fun with all the members and staff members here! Trust me, all of us can have fun. Everyone does. They always have fun doing something.

Forms of Punishment

1st offence = A verbal warning thats not added to your account.
2nd offence = Your first warn
3rd offence = 2nd warn
4th offence = 3rd warn
5th offence = 4th warn + 1 day of suspension.
6th offence = A week of suspension.
7th offence = A permanent ban.

Please, try to be nice, and try not to break the rules.

Concerning Moderator Status at CA

We want to have a staff that we can trust to make good decisions. This of course means that we can't give people a moderator position just because they asked for it and they're nice. Positions will be given when the need arises, and the choices will be based on observation from activity on the board. Moderator status will not be given because someone asked, but rather because they've proven they're up to the job and are willing to try. Feel free to tell us you're willing to help if the chance arises, but please don't simply ask for a position as a moderator.

Lastly, be aware that moderating is a responsibility. If you become a moderator, you are expected to continue being an active member of the community. It's important for staff members to not only check the board; they must take part in it as well. Be aware of what's going on, and be ready to offer your input. Keep in mind, a moderator is not a better person than other member. Every member is treated equally, and moderators are here to ensure that this board remains friendly and comfortable for other people. A forum wouldn't be a forum without other members, and regular members can definitely help out by sharing ideas and reporting offensive content to others.

Shoutbox Rules

The shoutbox is located at the botton of the forum of CA. Members and Staff members can say anything and practically say hello and etc.

Do not flame in the shoutbox! We dont want to start a flame war in the shoutbox!
Do not clone other people and do stupid stuff. Please, these annoyances can get on people's nerves, so try to be nice and dont clone other people.
Do not seriously continue to post and post. Its alright to post less than 2 times, but if its over 2, well, your in trouble. Heres an Example:

Poster1: Hi
Poster1: Whats up?
Poster1: Can you teach me how to do this properly
Poster1: Hello? Are you there
Poster1: Helloooooooooooooooooo....
Poster1: Im all alone....
Poster2: Stop!! Quit Repeadly posting! Its getting on my nerves!

Yes. Sometimes, people tend to be annoyed by this. We dont want this to happen.
