There are many martial arts styles in the world, which one is the best? Which do you like to use?

Which one is the best? Well I like both Jeet Kune Do and Kung Fu. Mostly because I am a fan of Bruce Lee and Jet Li films.
As to which one do I like to use...none. I couldn't fight martial arts to save my life. Except maybe Drunken Kung Fu, but without the Kung Fu part.  -------------------- Sitting in muddy water, isn't such a bad life, if it ends after the first time.

haha the art of Zui Quan
 . I'd also have to say Jeet Kune Do or Kung Fu, especially Kung Fu because it has so many different styles, and Ninjutsu is also good. Kendo is also good because you're using swords. I really don't like just plain Karate, tho. Hapkido and Escrima are also quite good. -------------------- I find it kinda funny

yeah Kung Fu has to be the best. Tae Kwon Do is okay, and Kickboxing is the best American martial art (if that matters

Um, I thought that Kickboxing came from Thailand: the Thai kickboxers, the rituals and dances before fights, etc.

Well, I think kickboxing kind of evolved from Muaythai, which basically is Thai Kickboxing. I also thought it was American because of it's English name, lack of Oriental association, the style seems a little generic, and not much traditional stuff, except for the old Thai rituals, so maybe it is specifically American Kickboxing. -------------------- I find it kinda funny

I study shotokan karate but I cannot stand Tae Kwon Do. Many of their dojo's exist purly as a money making scheme. I was watching olympic Tae Kwon Do and there was not one hand strike in all of the six bouts I watched. I also disagree with the amount of padding that they wear. But i'm sure that some Tae Kwon Do karateka's know their sutff.
