As has been announced here, Document DE v5.0 is in progress, an ASM port of the popular BASIC office suite component. I have also begun to plan the interfaces of two of the other Office DE components, Presentation DE v5.0 and Draw DE v5.0. The fourth part of the suite is Spreadsheet DE, which I have not begun planning. I have also started to brainstorm a powerful CAD-3D program for Doors CS, tentatively called CAD3 DE v1.0.

Sounds sweet. Document DE sounds cool, have no use for the presenter thing, Draw is definetly useful, and I am unsure about the spreadsheet prog. I don't have much use for it...

Yeah, I think Document DE 5 will have the most usefulness to most people.

What would you use Presenter for?

Well, at that point, you could use those things the teachers have to place that kind of stuff on a screen... I honestly think teachers might like this package.

I like the concept of the CAD program. I am in my 6th Drafting at school (When I gradiate I will have 7) and I use AutoCAD on a daily basis. If you need any ideas for components, I can help out. But then you said it was still just a brainstorm, so I suppose planning hasn't really begun, has it...
