It is warmer in Cavalon, the snow and ice of the past winter receded, giving way to grass and trees. The lands of Ancheri are warmer, however the sun does not bear down upon them with murderous force, just enough to be hot. Trees are perhaps your best friend at noon. In Deman, it is still slightly chilly at the colder times of day, but nicely warm at the same time that Ancheri terrain is hot. However, there is a chance of a storm rolling in; warm winds from the north bring warning of a thunderstorm. Those at the beach, beware of hurricanes.

Basilicata Verona This is where the King of Ancheri resides. A wide land of mainly forests, grassy plains, and rolling hills where the King can be at home with. A river snakes through the land, linking West to East, as the Forest to the North can keep off Invaders. A medieval castle lies in ruins at the beginning of the Forest, left by the Humans that called Basilicata Verona home centuries ago, and is the place where its residing King can be found most often. Lord's Land Three A beach of light golden-brown sand spans the land to the North of the King's Domain, fenced in by blue-green waters. Montagnes Fumeuses Translated into English, it means "Smoky Mountains." This is where the King of Deman resides. It is a short mountain range, with snow on only the highest peaks, and large valleys with patches of grass. The mountains have multiple ledges, ramps and caves etched into it from centuries of wear and tear by the elements. The caves are good for emergency shelter. A medium-sized, old, crumbled castle of dark gray stone sits on the flat plain of the highest peak, near the back of the land. There are a few rooms on the top level, with larger ones on the lower level. A large winding staircase connects the two. Rohan Rohan is a dark and depraved forest envelopes the small hills that cover the land. The only bare spot is a valley in the center, ringed in heavily by the surrounding forest. It seems that the sun shines in this one spot only, and it is the center of the land, the best spot for living. The trees and hills provide a safe, protected environment for the equines from all weather save the rain, and the forbidding appearance of the forest generally keeps intruders away. Lord's Land Three A wide plain of ice: some as thin as a leaf's width, most thick as an equine's barrel. The thin parts you must watch for. There are some small snowy islands, glaciers, and ice floes scattered about, where you can seek shelter. The ice has ridden up onto the land; the only part without ice is a small band of cold grass and small ponds of water. The side of ice extends far into the ocean, perhaps forever, a never-ending field of gradually thinning ice. To the South of the King's Domain. Willow Ruins A small ruined mill on a creek. It used to be cleared, but now willows and evergreen trees have sprung up arouind the waterwheel and building. It creates an isolated area where two equines can make a new life. All breedings happen here. |

Masculine Commons A large sweeping area, mainly grassy hills, bordered on the West side by a small lake, and the other three by cliffs. This is a land for the stallions and other males of Cavalon to come and romp, fight, and battle as they please. However, if a mare wanders into this land by accident, she is free for the taking and forcebreeding by whatever stallion gets to her first. This is the only other place where a breeding will result in a foal. |

Feminine Commons A petite area, mainly a wide valley, bordered on the East side by a small lake, and the other three by cliffs. This is a land for the mares and other females of Cavalon to come and romp, talk and run as they please. Stallions are not allowed whatsoever. The only place that mares are safe from being dragged to the Willow Ruins and forcebred. |

Nex Faleză The name is a mix of Latin and Romanian, "nex" being Latin for "death" and "faleză" Romanian for "cliff." This is where all staged battles take place. If a horse is challenged for a mate, land, or rank, the battle comes here. It is a platform of rock, dark gray, but streaked with red from former battles. It is only accessed by a series of ramps and ledges etched into the rock, each ledge about twice a horse's length long and a foot apart. If you survive the climb, may the gods have mercy on your soul. |
