I know, I still need to go thru my pictures and stuff, there still sitting on the cards most of them. I guess it will be nice to know that dates this far in advance.

At this point all I can do is reserve a room when they open up... because wow, that's early! I won't have the vacation calendar at work until probably February and even then with EWTS and two trips in October, I won't be buying any tickets that early. Sadness!

No worry's Leslie, I don't think it will sale out, and your plan is right on the mark getting the room and them booking tickets after getting the time off is a smart move.

~The 2010 General Hospital Fan Club Weekend dates are final~

We are happy to once again hold GHFCW at the Airtel Plaza Hotel as we did in 2009.

Hotel room dates are Wednesday July 21, 2010 – Tuesday July 27, 2010. We have a special group rate for General Hospital Fan Club Attendees.

Single and Double rate for King and Double Queens is $115.00 per night
Triple rate is $125 and Quad rate is $135 per night.
This year prices include parking and internet.

Please note the following:

In order to receive the special GH rates, you can begin calling for your room reservation on Monday November 2nd 9:00 am West Coast time (not before).

Individuals must ask for General Hospital Fan Club when making reservations in order to receive the group rate. If you have already made reservations prior to November 2nd, you will need to cancel those reservations and make new ones to receive the special rate. A change will not be honored for any reason.

All rooms will be held until 6PM the day of the scheduled arrival date unless specifically designated as a guaranteed arrival, in which case the rooms will be held on a guaranteed payment basis for the first night’s stay with a credit card or cash/check deposit.

Check in is at 3PM and checkout is at noon,
Should you wish to arrive early or extend your stay, Airtel Plaza hotel agrees to honor your group rates 3 days prior to your major arrival and 3 days after the designated Dates of departure, based upon availability.

GHFCW 2010 Kick Off Coctail Reception
July 22, 2010 from 7:30 pm – 10:30pm
Ticket price $85.00 a person

GHFCW 2010 Main Event
July 24, 2010
Boutiques open at 8:30 am – 10:30 am
Check in is from 9:00 am – 10:00 am only
Ballroom opens at 10:30 am. – 4:00 pm
Ticket prices is as follows:

$115.00 for members only (1 ticket per member) Exception is a spouse All other tickets must pay non members prices $125.00 per person **Do not send your order(s) in any manner that will require a signature** They will not be picked up and will instead be returned to you unprocessed.

Each event must be purchased separately. Do not combine money orders for different events. Your orders will be returned for correction, delaying the process of your order.

Members may only order tickets for themselves or other GHFC members at the reduced member's price. Members ordering for non-members must pay the non-member price for the non-member's ticket. Orders not containing sufficient payment will not be rocessed.

Each order must include the name and all required information for every single Ticket purchased. Required information will be name, address, city, state and email address. No information = no ticket. Again, a name, address, city, state and email address for point of contact MUST be included for EACH TICKET SOLD

We are saving a few trees this year, Going Green! Your confirmation that your money is being processed will be your receipt.

If you want to sit together you “must’ purchase your tickets together.
Please do not ask to be seated with someone if you did not purchase your ticket with that person or group. Once tickets arrive, seats cannot be added to a particular order. No exceptions.

All events include food, fun and lots of making memories. I do not think you would want to miss a single minute.
