Fontaine Industries
Fontaine Industries was founded in 1959, by Howard Fontaine. To this day it is still the leading media company in Kingsville. It is currently owned and operated by Howard's son, Eric Fontaine.

Industrial District
The industrial district includes the harbour. Abandoned warehouses, unabandoned warehouses and ship yards can be found here. It is favoured by gangsters and petty crims to make deals at.

Velouté Drive
Velouté Drive is where the majority of restaurants, cafes and nightclubs are in Kingsville. It's near the beach, and thus the restaurants and cafes lucky enough to be on the beach front are able to charge ridiculous prices for their food.

The Beach
Right next to the harbour, Kingsville Beach is nowhere near as dodgy as the Industrial District. It stretches right across the south side of Kingsville and then some. A nice place to swim, surf, sunbathe and eat yummy fish n' chips.

The Park
Kingsville Park is a nice place to relax. Different parts have a different theme, from a peaceful Japanese garden to a tropical jungle to a desert theme with painful cacti.

The Mall
Kingsville Mall is like the lower market version of Downtown Kingsville. There are some designer stores here, but it mostly operates stores for the people that can't afford to dress themselves in Prada, Louis Vuitton or Dolce & Gabbana.
