Calypso's Wrath > B Deck > Parlor Suite Hallway

Posted by: Border Walker Oct 2 2007, 05:13 AM
The Parlor Suite hallway appears as it does in many of the Old black and white photos of the Titanic, lavish carpeting and paneling with elegant chandeliers hanging from the Ceiling. Although, the Fire alarms and Cameras are a little new...

Mike continues on his little trek, his hands in his pockets and whistling quietly.

Posted by: Border Walker Jan 5 2008, 04:52 PM
Mike spotted the entrance to the washroom...

Posted by: Darkwater Jan 5 2008, 05:23 PM
And after spotting it, looks around him before opening the door and wandering right in

Posted by: Border Walker Jan 5 2008, 08:40 PM
There was a Maid nearby, making her rounds, but she didn't spot him, as he found many different uniforms and other clothing around in collection bins...

Posted by: Darkwater Jan 5 2008, 09:25 PM
He quickly grabs and changes into a relatively close sized workmans outfit before heading back outside

Michael has gained Workmen's Outfit (Disguise)

Michael was able to slip back outside undetected...

Posted by: Darkwater Jan 6 2008, 07:22 PM
Slipping his hat down low so the brim makes it difficult to see his face and continues on toward the hidden breaker access as it was pointed out to him on the map

[i]Michael has left the parlor Suite Hallway for the Grand Staircase - B-Deck[/b]

The stairs seemed to lead into this hallway.Pierce looked around, hoping to see room numbers on some of the doors that seemed to be present.

Posted by: Border Walker Mar 5 2008, 01:43 AM
Pierce found the numbers to be in the early fourties, lowering as he continued along the hall...

"Ah...great...I think we are on the right track"

Pierce certainly hoped that there was going to be something helpful in this room. After all....the original plan of finding some staff member or something did not seem to be working so far. Pierce shuddered to think of what may have been happening to some of the other passengers with those...things running about the place.

Posted by: Border Walker Mar 5 2008, 01:55 AM
Pierce soon came across the room in question, just before what was once the Grand Staircase, now nothing but a hole. However, the room seemed to be locked...

Pierce backed away slighly from the gaping hole that had once been the grand staircase.Good thing they came up those other stairs. The question now was...what to do about this locked door.

Pierce went up to the door and knocked on it loudly a couple of times.

Posted by: Border Walker Mar 5 2008, 10:47 PM
The knocking did not do anything immediately, but the muffled sounds of someone being gagged could be heard inside...

Pierce: 100/100

What on earth was going on in this room? There had to be someway to get inside...but how? He turned around to Alyson

"These doors are pretty sturdy arenít they? So thereís no way we will be breaking the door down anytime soon. Damn it...I swear I can hear someone in there"

Pierce gave the door another knock. He was starting to get frustrated.

"Open up....open the door damn it.I know someones in there I can hear you"

Posted by: Border Walker Mar 5 2008, 11:13 PM
Another knock at the door revealed something: There was Paint on the door..

Pierce: 100/100

Paint? What was this?Pierce looked at the paint closer.

Posted by: Border Walker Mar 5 2008, 11:28 PM
Where he had knocked, paint was peeling away, revealing a very waterlogged, Drywood Door...

Pierce: 100/100

Posted by: Mr Drake Mar 6 2008, 01:08 AM
How very interesting. Perhaps this door was not as strong as it looked? Pierce backed away from the door slightly. Whilst not the strongest man in the world Pierce liked to think of himself as being reasonably healthy physically. Perhaps the door might come down if enough force was applied.

"Okay....okay...I think I might be able to get this door down. I just need to brace myself. Stand back would you Alyson"

Pierce braced his shoulder and after taking in a deep breath barged towards the door.

Posted by: Border Walker Mar 6 2008, 01:13 AM
Alyson had stepped back in time for Pierce to shoulder barge the door, which buckled under the weight, most of the door breaking apart and either collapsing or now hanging by weak tendrils. He did manage to get in though...

Pierce: 100/100

Pierce was quite surprised that the thing came down on the first attempt. The door seemed to be extremely rotten. How that was possible was beyond Pierce. For the moment however Pierce attempted to regain his balance and examine the room he had finally entered.

Posted by: Border Walker Mar 6 2008, 10:45 PM
What Pierce found was a shocker. The room, from the looks of things, had many items of 'Myer's Bank' sprawled across it, but hat was really the shocker, was the fact that his brother Darwin was tied to a chair and being gagged, apparently, by two of the Pirate type things from before...

"What...what on earth is going on here?"

Posted by: Border Walker Mar 7 2008, 10:47 AM
The Coralites withdrew swords and began to march towards Pierce...

"We have to save him..." Alyson said...

"Save him? How?"

Briefly moving on from the questions of how and why his brother was aboard this ship lead to a more immiediate question. What on earth could he do against this two armed individuals.Run? That seemed like a good idea...but...what would happen to Darwin.Did he really care? Yes...yes in a strange way he did.Despite everything he couldn't just leave Darwin with these things...he was...family after all.

And yet that did not help Pierce figure out how to deal with these monsters.

"Wait...stop a moment.Do you things understand me? What is it you want?"

Posted by: Border Walker Mar 9 2008, 01:55 AM
"Blood-"

"-For what-"

"-They did-"

"-To Us."

The creatures spoke separately, but completed the sentence, as if one person, or having one mind...

"Okay...Okay you want blood...but what was done to you? And whose blood do you want? Anyones?"

Posted by: Border Walker Mar 12 2008, 12:03 AM

Okay. There did not seem to be any reasoning with these monsters. And they were continuing to close in. It suddenly occurred to him that he might have a chance against these things if he could just get on of those sabers they had.

Pierce couldn't really believe what he was about to do, but he charged one of the pirate things in an attempt to gain his sword.

Posted by: Border Walker Mar 12 2008, 12:22 AM
The Coralite dodged and struck him (Pierce -4), but by pure luck, as Pierce ran he noticed a Sword and Crest figure on the wall with two Swords and a Crest Shield, one with the Myer's family Crest in fact, if Pierce could remember seeing it before...

It was strange...but Pierce could indeed remember these ornaments. Something similar had once hung in the main dining room back at home...during his childhood. Pierces father had often said they belonged to some distant relation.

Well...Pierce was certainly in need of a weapon and so he dived towards one of the swords and took it into his hands.

This thing was indeed heavy...but Pierce hoped that a little bit of fencing knowledge would help in this situation. And to think his father had fought the sport irrelevant in the modern age. He also really hoped that these things would retreat if he attacked them with an all out assault.

Deciding that it was either a do or die situation Pierce charged against one of these beasts and hacked at it with all his might.

Pierce took in some deep breaths as he told Alyson

"Its allright.I'm fine"

Pierces mind moved on to the next problem. Pierce looked over to his brother and gave his a quick examination. Yes...it certainly was Darwin, no doubt about it. The resemblance between the two was quite striking, although Darwin always had his hair cut short and carried round an air of smugness.

He could see him apparently cheering his victory over those beasts. Knowing Darwin his next comment would be something like "Of course you could have killed them faster if you'd something something"

"Right" Pierce said as he slowly took Alysonís hand and stood up again. "Brother dear...would you mind terribly explaining what you are doing here in a room with all this tasteful decoration"

Pierce made a gesture to all the Myers bank objects lying around the room.

"So...what are you doing here?"

Posted by: Border Walker Mar 29 2008, 09:54 PM

"And out of interest...what exactly is this island anyway?"

Posted by: Border Walker Mar 30 2008, 01:49 AM
"Naom and Stellan, both have Island banks prime for takeover."

"Confound it.Confound it."

Pierce let out a long sigh and looked towards Alyson.

"Well it seems we are trapped for the moment. Oh and by the way..."

Pierce made a gesture to Darwin.

"Alyson...my brother Darwin...Darwin,Alyson.Now....what do you two suppose we do now?"

Posted by: Border Walker Mar 30 2008, 03:47 PM
"Pleasure to meet you," Darwin said, taking Alyson's hand and lightly kissing the back of her hand, while bowing as well and keeping one hand behind him. Alyson giggled a little as she slowly pulled her hand away when Darwin was finished.

Pierce charged towards the door.

"Well the door seems a lot tougher now"

Pierce went over to Darwin.

"How where you captured by those things anyway. And now that I think about it...why did they bother capturing you when they could just have killed you?"

"Well...I came to the room. What the hell do you want now!"

Pierce put the phone away and turned his attention back to Darwin.

"Oh and one more thing.I can understand all these documents and papers, but why on earth did you bring this sword replicas?"

Pierce pointed to the one he had used on the floor.

"Well yes. That would be a good idea"

Of course the question now was where to go to? He had been lead here by that phone call, but otherwise he was not really sure what to do next. After all the ship was likely filled with many more of these fish people, and even if they could get off the boat would they just be able to row away to safety. Also not only did he have Alyson to worry about but his brother as well. Then again Darwin was always going rock climbing and rafting in his spare time so mabye his skills could come in useful.

"Right" Pierce announced to both Darwin and Alyson. "I think the best thing is to perhaps head upwards and see if we can find anyone else who mabye knows what is going on?"

Posted by: Border Walker Apr 8 2008, 10:53 PM

"Right...well I don't know about you but I think it would be a far better idea to be heading up rather then down."

"Wait a second"

Pierce quickly popped back into the room they had just come out off,and leant over the sword he had used to slay the creature from before. It may be just a little old fashioned, but at least it was better then nothing.
