Why did you say you could? It certainly doesn't speak well of this website and smacks of hyperbole to the max. If you exaggerate about that, what else are you people exaggerating about? I wasn't impressed with your "evidence" to start out with, now you are telling me you don't "have" any evidence to "take this to court right now and win." even though you said you could.

"You" need subpoena powers? Are you a prosecutor? I wasn't aware that a private citizen can get "subpoena" powers.

But, I suppose in the bottom line, if you "don't have the evidence", it would be sorta hard to convince a prosecutor to go to a district court and ask for subpoena powers based on a "You'll have to trust me on this - I don't have the evidence, but I *know* what went down" argument.

Still, I'm sure this is an entertaining little intellectual exercise you guys have going on here even if it doesn't amount to anything. There are great leaps of imagination and logic, but that is what intellectual exercises are for, no?

However, I have spoken with people who possess information and hold positions which would allow them access to that information and they have told me off the record that the official story in Shanksville is slightly different than what the American public has been told. If you can explain why the coroner would be taking pictures of plane debris 2 miles away from the crash site for the FBI I would be really interested in hearing it.

So yes, I need subpoena powers to bring certain individuals to a courtroom to testify under oath and with immunity. You might think this is some big fucking game but rest assured it is the furthest thing from. You can sit behind your keyboard and post your mocking comments but the fact of the matter is you don't do anything other than place your faith in your government and the media to tell you the truth. Two entities that throughout history all over the world have been caught lying more times than be counted. You value their word over the word of honest everyday Americans because you don't like what average citizens have to say.
