Title: Charlie Sheen Cites CIT's research
Description: In Open Letter to Obama

Ligon - September 9, 2009 08:02 PM (GMT)
Earlier this week Infowars.com said (emphasis added):

QUOTE
We are urging all Infowarriors and activists to tune in to The Alex Jones Show tomorrow at 11am CST and watch the websites from 8am tomorrow morning for a huge announcement that represents a brand new and vitally important initiative against the forces of tyranny.  This information will be the biggest thing that Alex Jones has ever announced or done and you will read all about it here first.

Here is the announcement summarized in Reuters the next day (though I think they just picked it up from the Prison Planet site):
QUOTE
According to syndicated talk show host Alex Jones, actor and television star Charlie Sheen has publicly requested a meeting with President Barack Obama to urge him to reopen the official investigation into 9/11; in light of the fact that the majority of the 9/11 Commission members have now publicly gone on record to express their conviction that the government agreed to lie about the official story.

Sheen will appear live on The Alex Jones Show on Wednesday and Friday to discuss the content of his “20 Minutes With The President” piece and how he plans to move forward with this exciting new initiative. You can listen free here or subscribe to prisonplanet.tv to watch live streaming video.

Sheen’s request takes the form of a letter to the President in the context of a fictional meeting between the two entitled “20 Minutes With The President,” published exclusively on radio talk show host Alex Jones’ www.Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com Web sites. That open letter to Obama by Sheen entitled 20 Minutes With The President has already been getting quite a bit of attention.

Here is an excerpt:

QUOTE
CS – Mr. President , I realize were very short on time, so please allow me to run down a list of bullet points that might illuminate some reasons why we don’t embrace the warm hug of Federal protection.

PBO – We’ve come this far. Fire away.

CS – Please keep in mind Mr. President everything I’m about to say is documented as fact and part of the public record. The information you are holding in your hands chronicles and verifies each and every point.

PBO – You have five minutes left. The floor is yours. Brief me.

[...]

CS – Number 14; The size of a Boeing 757 is approximately 125ft in width and yet images of the impact zone at the Pentagon supposedly caused by the crash merely show a hole no more than 16ft in diameter. The engines of the 757 would have punctured a hole bigger than this, never mind the whole plane. Images before the partial collapse of the impact zone show little real impact damage and a sparse debris field completely inconsistent with the crash of a large jetliner, especially when contrasted with other images showing airplane crashes into buildings.

Click the link on Number 14. He cites two articles: "The Lack of Foundation Damage at the Pentagon is Irreconcilable with the Official Reports and Data" by Craig Ranke of CIT and Rob Balsamo of Pilots for 9/11 Truth and "Simple Explanation of Our Findings" by CIT, in which a quick overview of the north side approach is explained. Both links go to ThePentaCon.com

Obviously I wish he would have focused on the north side instead of just the "prima facie" case in the actual body of his letter but it's still pretty cool, especially since he does link to info on the north side evidence in the bibliography. Someone get the boy a copy of NSA.

Right on!

I'll have Aldo swing by his place with a dvd on his way home from work.

:P

I wonder if the Prison Planet forum will now change it's policy to any CIT discussion.

I seriously doubt it.

He definitely needs to be updated.

I have to say that I started off thinking that Sheen's campaign this week was a bit lame. But having now seen the video follow up to the letter, I admit that in a celebrity obsessed culture, it's good stuff.
(edit: - It's the No.3 topic on Yahoo UK today
http://uk.search.yahoo.com/search?&p=charl...r&fr=fp-tts-702 )

What can the opposition do?
Ted Nugent for Continuing Cover-Up?
Glenn Beck for Morons Who Wish To Keep Believing the OCT? ...oh, wait a minute...

All the best for the weekend's events guys.

I agree w/ chek, I rolled my eyes at first but it's better than I originally thought.

That's great he is aware of CIT, too. Hopefully you guys are on Mr. Jones' show soon. :o

I have very mixed feelings about CIT going on Alex Jones show at this point. On one hand it might be good exposure, sure. But on the other hand, think about to who? Isn't that kind of like preaching to the choir?

With the beating CIT has taken on the prisonplanet forums, being labeled as disinfo by their own mods and many of us CIT defenders being banned, I would take some issue I think with Craig and Aldo appearing on AJ at this point. It would really piss me off actually, for AJ and his minions don't deserve the interview. The real fact is, so many other people are now seeing the value in CIT's research, that AJ and crew are starting to do an about face, realizing that they stand to lose a lot people that will inevitably, and furiously (like me) support CIT's research to the very end.

And not only that, at this point in time CIT doesn't need AJ. AT ALL. Remember: A good product sells itself. No need for excessive hype. And no need to help AJ by going on his show when all CIT is gotten is the deaf ear, ridicule, and downright rejection from them.

Besides, I betcha Dylan and Jason will strongly oppose any CIT interview.

I say screw AJ. CIT has got bigger fish to fry anyway, and I for one strongly applaud the press release and the other avenues being taken to get NSA out to the ignorant, as opposed to the longtime researchers, who likely already know about it.

But, that said- if that opportunity should come about- I will have to respect whatever Craig and crew decide. I just don't see the need frankly, but CIT may feel differently.

CIT supporters don't take a beating, they just get quietly banned and their posts get deleted.

I would be amazed if Alex Jones suddenly started supporting CIT.

However I have no idea of the link between AJ and the PP forum itself, maybe the forum and the mods are a law unto themselves. I have no evidence to back this up but I always got the feeling that Sane was AJ, I'm probably miles out but the mouthy style always seemed the same to me.

Maybe CIT has reached a critical point where not to support it means your credibility is in doubt, maybe AJ has no choice.

Whatever, the message is getting through.

If it were me, i'd have to mention the resistance to their findings, including at PP.
It would piss AJ off, but the truth is the truth.

But again, if it were me, and AJ started salivating about NWO monsters stealing people's children, i'd have to say something about that as well....

Plus isn't there a new Loose Change film out? I doubt he'd allow anyone to contradict anything from that.
