City: Baton Rouge, LA Time: (not sure) Date: September 27, 2009 Recurring: Yes, Every two months *Edit* ((Better Explanation)) Animania is kind of like an anime club or a "minicon" (as mentioned in the opening), it's just about every two months and it's hosted by Shonen Jump (I think) and once you sign up (optional) you can be featured in things like Trivia, JanKenPon, Art Contest plus all kinds of antics and shenanigans that the SOtaku can offer. Treats are offered and maybe an occasional game being played and an anime series posted up on the nearby tv but mostly just a gathering of nerds and cosplayers hanging out at the FYE :3 So, picture an anime convention without guests, anime showings and panels...what do you get, a lot of sugar driven kids from most of the local cons in really good cosplay. So yeah, I'm respectfully inviting El CAMEL to the AniMania..you won't be disappointed and you might get a chuckle out of it. |
