I'm a sucker for a good story but I hate those kinds of anime that gratifies a jerk character while making another character look sucky in comparison (Examples: Joey and Kaiba, Renji and Byakuya, rotting fish and Sasuke).
I can't lie though, there's a couple of Anime I couldn't get into..not because I hated them, but because I never sat down and watch them and on the off chance I did, it just didn't interest me. Some of them include: Death Note - comes on too late for me to watch it Ghost in the Shell - Just what is that show about anyway, I kinda lost focus after the Laughing Man thing Nayrudo - I didn't like the first season for one reason...Sas-u-ke Uchiha granted, I like the recent chapters because we get to see sas-u-ke get his ass whipped a couple of times Code Geass - Once again, what is this show about, I understand that the protagonist lives a bit of a double life but uh..what? One Piece - I don't hate this imparticular but I can't stand how they bring up someone in the earlier chapters only for that character to be revealed hundreds of chapters ahead of time (Shichibukai Jinbei was spoken of in chapter 7 but you don't see this guy until like chapter 500 and something, what the heck, yo!?) Neon Genesis Evangelion - Shinji's a whiny kid who's supposedly plowing his mom and some loud mouthed chick and supposedly this all has something to do with God Eiken - Sex or GTFO Most animes I can say I hate are the ones that have some kind of subliminal messaging in it that relates to something like God or something purposely controversial. I also hate how in most anime, they take an entire paragraph to say just one sentence ("We will not be intimidated by criminal threats", why not say "you don't scare us" or something). Meh, I like anime, but I treat them the same way I treat anything I watch aw man, I'm rambling again, my bad, y'all |

ramblings fine, also, Code Geass is about about a British guy who moves to a wasteland, and befriends someone who's pro-military, but the Brit is anarchist and then he convinces a lot of people, a few giant robots get stolen, then he mind controls the world and an heroes.
