I love making characters, and I'm sure everyone else does too. This is where all of the inactive characters for ACTIVE players reside, until they're called upon for playing or are needed in a plot. Play-bys for these characters will be discussed case-by case. These characters may also be put up for adoption and will be considered a BUMP canon.
