Welcome to Bloodloss! This is a wolf Roleplaying forum, and the plot is generally based off the comics in progress - Wolf Blood and Wolf's Loss. There are also novels in the process of being written. We are a small community, but we try hard and don't give up easily. This is a Literate forum that has a zero-tolerance policy for illiterate roleplayers.
The creator of everything is the one known as Toksyc, also known as Moki. However, shortly after the project started, Kero joined forces with her, and together they have made this awesomeness for you. Enjoy!

Oblate paws spread, decreasing the sound his soft steps produced. Through the thick shrubbery, Shamo crept, on high alert all the while. A suicide mission, it may be. But, there was reason behind his extreme behavior. The little Whiteback was in search of his long lost mate, Karinek, and the seeds he had left behind. The night, which was still as a frozen lake, was eerie in many ways. Silence was his only company, tonight, it seemed. Hours of the night slithered past. His heart beat at a steady pace, making a blunt duh duhn in his chest. Swallowing hard, it felt as if all seemed lost. He wasn't going to find her. Even if he did, she wouldn't want to see him. What more could he do? He was risking so much by being here. Intruding into a pack just to see her. What more could he do?
Nose twittered as all movement ceased. What had he heard? Perhaps it was just his mind playing tricks on him. But no, it came again. A noise, so distinct, yet so unfirmiliar. The soft flutter of wings. Shamo took another step, and out from under the leaves sprung a pair of birds. In their wake, the leaves they had taken shelter under were kicked up, sending several hundred fireflies to the sky. Little pockets of light buzzed around him, making him gaze to the sky show above, his mouth slightly opened as he watched, captivated by their simplicity. So beautiful. So fragil. Once he had realised he had dropped his gaurd, he lowered his head again and moved on into the forest, leaving the bugs to drop to the ground again, flashing their lanterns in hopes of attracting a mate. Perhaps Shamo should try that for Karinek. No, it would be too complicated.
Over several rotting logs, he slunk, trying to locate his love as fast as possible so he could leave. Every second that slipped on increased the risk. The chances of him being caught were awfully high. "Where are you... my dear," he murmered to himself as the Whiteback stressed his eyes, trying to find the tender brown misfit he had grown to adore.
His search became more frantic as he realised his time was quickly running out. If the sun crept over the treeline before he got out, he'd certainly be in hot water. Ears folded back into flaps as he tried not to think about what little time he had left. Even with all his trial and error, it was a constant factor in his busy mind.
"Please... be near."

The misfit's sleep was disturbed by the sound of cawing birds and beating wings. Her grey-tipped ears curled to listen as she raised her head up, catching view of the bothersome noise. Her pups were off with one of the other females so she could get some rest. Dealing with the little fluffballs proved hard on her body than what it looked like when she saw others with pups. Perhaps it was just her, or perhaps she was thinking too much into it. Nevertheless they were wonderful to be with, keeping her company so she wasn't lonely. However in the times she was alone, she dreamt of her mate, fugitive to his own kind, and her one love. Despite their arguments, she missed him deeply.
Her ears folded behind her as she caught the sound of a snapping twig. Her frame turned rigid, emerald eyes darting towards the snap. Instantly she flared her nostrils, attempting to breath in the smell of the intruder. Upon catching it, she slunk away into the underbush, pressing her belly to the ground until she could see the wolf.
His body was difficult to locate before the moon halo-ed his form, showing his small body which was much like hers in a way. With lips pulled back from her pearly fangs, she charged forward, crashing into the male with tremendous force for a pitiful halfbreed.

Shamo crinkled his nose as a thick heaviness hung in the air. The tension so thick, it'd probably be possible to cut it with a knife. Rounded ears flicked forward and his shuffling feet stuck solid to the ground. He could have sworn he had heard something. Perhaps it was just his mind again. No use in worrying about nothing that wasn't there. Another crack from the thick, dark, swirling vines around him. The white stripe painted down his spine prickled with nervousness. The quite void resumed. Foolishly, Shamo dropped his gaurd, let his tensed muscles relax. "There was nothing there.." he mouthed the words as his face tucked into his chest. His eyes were exhausted with over strain. Surely after tonight, he'd be as dead as a log with sleep. His legs were killing him. Lack of rest was making him careless. A mistake which could cost him. He just couldn't tolerate it any longer. He dropped to a sit, sending a rush of air out from under him. Slender jaws pulled away from each other in a deep yawn, his pink tounge twirling within his mouth. His paws stretched out infront of him, toes wriggling, sinking into the rich, fertile dirt.
As Shamo was concentrating on getting a few moments of shut eye, among the bushes, a brown smudge moved, crawling low, through the leaves, concealed perfectly. She was watching him. Thinking he was some kind of threght. When really.. it was her mate. Lazily, Sham yawned again, rubbing his front paw on his muzzle, trying to treat an annoying itch. Once the twinge in his skin had been dealt with, the Whiteback glanced upwards at the silvery crecent moon, basking the dark forest in a warm, breif glow. In a minuite, this light was dashed; covered by a dark, fluffy grey cloud. Awkward seconds of quiet passed, and, like a bat out of hell, the brown smudge in the bushes recoiled and launched forward with an alarming burst of speed.
He didn't have a second to think. First thing he knew, he was looking at the sky. Then out of no where, he was on his side, a scatter of leaves falling back to the ground. The wind knocked clean out of him. Over him stood a pretty tiny creature, which, even if it wasn't the time, really embarrassed him. He squinted his tired, yellow eyes, trying to look at the face of his attacker. Unfortunatly, the moon was still mostly covered, leaving only half of the head visable. In instinct, he caught his breath, rolling onto his back in rolly-polly bug style, exposing his bright, white underbelly. He could only pray for the best possible outcome.

She had him on his back, rolling around like an overturned beatle qith his legs in the air and front paws placed close together as if in prayer. Watching him for a moment as the clouds held her identity in the shadows, he wouldn't be able to see the smile peeling back her lips, or her body trembling lightly and her head lowering with her eyes shut, fighting to contain something rarely ever seen. Unable to hold it, she fell over onto her side, laughing and rolling onto her other side, having a grand moment for the first time in a long while.
"Hahaha... Shamo," she wiped a tear away from her face with the back of her paw, turning on her belly and looking over at him, "You look so silly doing that when it's only me."
Collapsing on her side, she smiled and kept her emerald gaze on him, outstretching her legs to take the sore out of them. "I've been waiting for you. The pups are axiously waiting for their pa to come and play with them, though they are asleep at this hour."

Shamo's yellow eyes were tightly shut as he laid. Just breathing. Bracing himself for whatever was next. He had no idea of what this wolf had in mind, for him. So you could imagine the fear pumping through the Whiteback's veins. Just terrified, he was. One eye slowly opened, trying to see the face of the wolf. Unfortunatly, darkness blocked his vision. "Just let me explain.." he prayed, scrunching his eyes closed, again. What would he say if this mystery wolf actually DID give him a moment to explain himself. "Oh yeah, I sneak in, shacked up this girl, got some kids runnin around, and now I wanna see them." Yeah, that would certainly bode over well. Maybe in a million years. Shamo saw the figure coming closer. Immediatly, he drew his body together, trying to block the brunt of the force. Sham was quite surprised to hear a loud thud.. and nothing had hit him. What? Serioudly confused, the Whiteback propped himself up, the clouds that had been previously blocking out the moon passed on, looking at the now visable form laying in the leaf bed. Laughing hysterically. Was this some kind of joke?
Not exactly in a good position to say much, Shamo was just about to roll onto his back again when he paused. Looking at the brown runt. She seemed.. familiar. Finally, it clicked. "Karinek." Shamo almost rolled over from the realisation. His booby was here. Shamo couldn't help but fall back, laying flat again. Just as she had left him. He couldn't get over it. How fortunate was he? "Haha, Shamo.." the Whiteback looked over at his mate, recovering from her jolly laugh, smiling at her. His eyes softened. Happy to see his one true love after so long. She was.. breathtaking, in his eyes. Despite the self confidence she lacked. Shamo had never seen a more beautiful lady then her. Kari rolled over the look at her mate, saying that he looked silly. Well.. yeah. Maybe a little. But whatever embarrassment he would have had melted as he scooted closer to her. Feeling the warmth radiating off his brown goddess.
Shamo rolled onto his feet, his stiffened legs almost folding out from under him. But the Whiteback caught himself and moved, slowly, to Karinek's back, slowly floating down behind her. His tail end at her head, and his other end at her rump. Exchanging his body heat with her, resting his pointed muzzle on Kari. "I missed you. More than you could ever know.." he whispered, grinning as he glanced at her. Afterwhich, she mentioned his pups. His babies. Well.. his and Karinek's pups. Shamo was more than excited to meet his little ones. "They can wait, my love. For now.. you need rest," he whispered softly to her, shifting closer to her, conforming to the curve of her back.
