Hm, if you watched the dubbed Naruto Series, it clearly mentions somewhere in the beginning that Naruto is capable of taking his chakra pool and splitting it between his clones.

Pass Less and more Chakra between certain clones is a bad idea, an enemy ninja, for example those who wield a special bloodline jutsu [Byakugon] Can easily see which one has the medium amount of Chakra as those with very little, are probably just a bluff, and those with alot, is impossible since they're dispersing the chakra, you can't have alot if the jutsu takes up alot...

+He can only do this because he has the Kyuubi in him, which is the reason for the huge chakra pool of his.

so what do you think the code on the frog is? maybe it's one of those codes where it corresponds to a book. like page, line, word. i doubt jiraiya memorized his books word for word though.
