Billywigs is an online fan forum for people in Australia who appreciate the Harry Potter universe. While membership is not restricted exclusively to Australia, local members do create costumes and attend events either social or for a charity or for promotional reasons.

Who created Billywigs Southern Wizarding Alliance?

The original founders of Billywigs' Southern Wizarding Alliance are Severus Snape, Tonks. It was founded in October 2007 and is steadily increasing it's membership. There are plans for a Billywigs website which will showcase what members get up to in costume.
