I remember bits and pieces of Kasern's. The "handcrafted shoes" part and the "Notice: due to shipping issues, these shoes are delayed" part.

Tilly had something about "Best western gear fit to last (unlike those Jester class p.o.s)". I think there was also something about it being "made for gods" if I remember right.

That's all I can remember though, sorry.
