Detailed Physical Description (2 paragraphs):Height:5'3"
Hair: Red/Blond shoulder length usually tied back or in a messy bun
Eyes: Green
Build: Somewhere between average and slim
Identifying marks: none, she has her ears pierced though and sometimes wears glasses.
Annette is unusually seen in any number of sundresses, paired with her favorite set of long brown boots. She's always wearing her lab coat, gray in colour with multiable pockets, inside and out, that have all sorts of things in them, both useful and not.
She does wear glasses, on occasion; she is long sighted and needs them for lab work and reading. They are a small pair with rectangular lens, copper coloured frames. She is a bit embarrassed about wearing them though and wont around other people.
Detailed Personality(1-2 paragraphs):Ani is very happy and fun loving girl full of imagination and hope. However even at her young age she has a biased view of the world. She romanticizes being about to help the little people.
Shes the kind of girl that would of lived in the 70s very well fighting for freedom and rights in a very peaceful way. Always try to see the bright side. Often she day-dreams about wild adventures and fantasy creatures.
Don't get caught out by her airy-fairy attitude. Annette is a fiery red head and can kick ass when she thinks about it especially when her friends or family are at risk. Coming from a big family, fairness, equality and loyalty are high morals for her.
She also takes her Job and responsibilities very seriously but does it all with a smile on her face.
When it comes to intimate relationships she is still a bit shy. Ani is still very open and honest and does come across as a little rude as she is not skilled in being subtle.
Detailed History(2 paragraphs):Annette is the daughter of a once successful colony Veterinarian. She was his favorite daughter and was studying to follow in his foot steps (although she hasn't finished her studies yet).
She is part of a large family consisting of her Nanni (fathers mother), her father and mother, 2 younger brothers, 1 younger sister, 2 older sisters 3 older brothers.
However, she knows not what has become of her family.
Her older brothers left to fight in the war when she was young. After that, everything went sour. When the work and money started to dry up they stated traveling looking for people who normally didn't have access to animal medical attention (therefore might need/pay for it). Her older sisters stayed behind when the family moved.
They became poor and poorer till finally Ani decided to leave her family and find her own way.
A kind old lady, MingYue, first took her in treating her as a granddaughter until she found her feet working in the local pub/dinner and moved into the live-in position.
She has spent the last year or so waitress-ing and being a bar maid waiting for adventure to come her way.
She also has many pet rats. Her father gave her one and it turned out female and pregnant. She keep them all, just in her room so of course they bred. They don't do much but keep her company and follow her around and sleep in her pockets. She likes to give or sell the babies to kids to cheer them up.
Strengths (1 paragraph):Sweet personality combined with cute looks means she can usually flirt information from the wealthy gentleman to the old drunk guy in the corner. Has a limited knowledge of firearms, she can usually figure it out. She does keep a sawn off leaver action shot gun that was her oldest brothers though she cant aim unless point blank (see flaws).
Is loyal to the bone. Give her a place and she will never give you up for anything.
Weaknesses (1 paragraph):Unfortunately her aim sucks. She can put the shit in your pants but it probably not hurt much. Shes not one for fighting and more of a defense kind of person.
She doesn't pay attention for long and can often get caught out of the loop, which leads to problems.
Ani also sports a typical red heads temper.
Sample Post (3 paragraphs/Third Person Past Tense): The day was sunny, a nice change from the gloomy skies of a threatening storm. The streets were still wet, the stink of filth, strong. Annette walked down the back alleys, through the empty stalls, not busy yet, it was too early in the morning. The stalls were the true heart of any city. They told stories about the people who lived there as well as the ones that came through. Markets were just as fascinating as a living organism with daily routines, living, growing and dieing. Ani found herself wandering around here in the wee hours.
The sweet smell of cooking drifted on the breeze. She smiled, picking up her pace from meaning less wander to a more purpose filled stride.
She found her self at Lady Moons Oriental Cookery run buy MingYue best rice chief on the block. It was a well know fact. Despite the slum like conditions, people always came to the old woman for a feed.
So the roof of the old shack was rusting, the walls barely holding up not to mention the cockroaches that scuttled along the benches, the foodĄ the food was more than good.
"Annette!" The old woman called out, smiling, her arms out.
"Nai Nai" Ani smiled back and gave the woman a hug. MingYue studied the young woman, frowning a little.
"Ni chifan le ma?" Ani looked down, a bit shy, shaking her head. She had not the luxury of a regular meal.
The woman made a tisking noise and raced back into the shanty restaurant.
Annette was still a shade of red when the woman emerged a bowl of rice in hand. She accepted it graciously. MingYue had been the closest thing to family when she first arrived, feeding and caring for herĄ fussing mostly though.
The old woman looker her up and down again, nodding in approval and once more disappeared inside, leaving Ani standing in the street alone.
There was a stir in her pocket and three sets of noses poked out of her lab coat pocket, woken up by the delicious aroma of breakfast.
"Want a bit boys?" she cooed to her pocket. Noses were follows by heads belonging to three little rats. There was a shine in their eyes as they made puppy dog faces at her. The one in the middle went as far as to reach out with grabby hands in an attempt to snatch a grain or two.
Ani moved the bowl out of their way and stuck her tongue out at the balls of fuzz.
"Oh no you don't" She winked, stuffing the food into her mouth, skilled with chopsticks.
It really was as good as it smelt, melting as she ate, big mouthfuls at a time, scoffing it down.
Her boys sulked and receded back into the pocket. She paused, grinning at their antics, mouth still full of food.
"Ladies first, guys" rice fell from her smile as she spoke,
