First Floor Past stone walls and an iron gate, Saint Vella stands tall. The structure is pure white, and quite bulky, despite it's simplistic name. Two reinforced glass doors open onto the first floor, where a desk awaits all visitors. Inside, the walls are blindingly white, just like the tiles for the floor.

Second Floor The second floor of Saint Vella's is equally blinding and sterile as the first. The main difference is that the second floor is assigned to medium risk patients. There are less decorations here, and for good reason. Patients are still allowed visitors, but are monitored constantly. No one leaves their room without an escort, and no room goes unlocked.

Third Floor Access is limited on the infamous third floor, with only doctors and specific nurses allowed to traverse the halls. High risk patients can be heard at all hours of the night, unless tranquilizers are used. Yet, the doctors are used to the noise, and feel uneasy without. The halls are still white, without any hint of color in sight.

Basement The entire level is nothing more than cold, hard stone. It works perfectly to suppress the screams that sometimes erupt from within. A large, steel door closes the area off, ensuring only doctors and select nurses may enter. Once inside, three large tubes, big enough for one person each, are located in the back. Five metal slabs, completed with leather straps, are not far off. A machine in the corner, near the tubes, acts as a central control station. Only a select few are allowed to even look at it.

Courtyard Surrounded by an iron fence, twice as high as any person, the courtyard is the closest to the outside as any patient can get. The entire area is grass, with a few weeds near the fence. Some bushes and flowers are scattered about, but nothing too dangerous. A bench is available for anyone who needs to rest. There are no trees, for fear of escape.

Downtown Streetlights illuminate multiple clubs and bars, not to mention some shadier parts of the city. The police are far too familiar with the area, and most parents never set foot near the place. Only party animals, drug addicts, and other desperate souls find their way into this section.

Houses From small to large, the houses of Kyair vary more than anyone could ever suspect. Upper class houses are typical located on the hilltops, while lower class homes are close to the sea.

Vex Apartments The complex is impossible to miss. With six floors, and ten apartments on each, it stands as a massive white rectangle within the city. The base floor contains a lobby, where problems may be reported, apartments rented, rent paid, and other such actions. There is also an elevator that leads to every floor, and a large set of stairs on either side of the building.

Silver Rush Primary School From Pre-K to 6th grade, Silver Rush Primary School is the number one center for Kyair's education. The large, off-white building is composed of two floors, and a fair portion of land. A playground rests off to the side for the younger children, most of the equipment colorful and made of hard plastic. The entrance is in the front of the building, opening to the main lobby. The lower grades are taught on the first floor, while the higher ones occupy the upper.

Delor Library The large, white building with a glass dome is impossible to miss, since it sits in the center of the city. The double glass doors open to a wide selection of books scattered across two expansive floors. Brown railings ensure that no one falls from the stairs nor the top floor itself, while carpeted, wooden stairs act as a pathway. A few computers are open to those that register at the main desk, and almost all the checkouts are self-operating. There's a special, colorful section just for kids in the far right corner. Beanbags and picture books highlight the area.

Bates Shopping Center The rectangular, cream-colored building is impossible to miss. Glass windows pepper each side, while the ceiling is entirely glass itself. There are over four levels and countless stores, making it the attention of most consumers. Entrances are available throughout the base of the building, most double doors that are almost always open.

Kyair Central Hospital The hospital is standard in shape and size. A completely white building, with a red cross at the top, it's easy to tell it's importance to the city. Two glass doors open into the lobby, where a receptionist greets all visitors. There are three floors, and countless bodies filling each. Regular checkups may be scheduled here, and are handled by doctors on the first floor.

Vella Memorial Park In the center of a city, grass and trees combine for a relaxing, stress-free environment. A stone fountain depicting the popular saint is in the center of the park itself, the glorious woman shown with children at her feet, and birds on her shoulders. The water falls from Vella's hands, which are reaching into the sky for guidance. For older visitors, brown benches are available throughout the area.

Sweet Delights For couples and friends in need of some quick food, Sweet Delights is the place to be. The small, family-owned restaurant is not only cheap, but offers quality food, too. It's styled after an old diner, and has everything from booths to bar stools for seating options.

Ocean View The sandy shores of Kyair are great for multiple activities. From fishing to seashell collecting, and much more. Yet, most importantly, they offer an excellent view of the massive ocean, thus why the locations are collectively known as "Ocean View".
