Hey Guys!

Alan here, coming in with an update! Again! I'd like to thank you guys with all the help and support in making Back To The Basics one of the more successful Harry Potter Sites of the summer. I'm blessed to have members like you guys, and just want to remind you guys you are all very important to this site.

Anyway, on to business. Many of you noticed right away that there is now a rotating banner on the top of the site featuring our very own characters. Because of the very extensive amount of characters, they are not all currently present in the banners. We will be adding banners as the weeks go by, and we will try to feature as many characters from every player as we can. So look out for them. Currently there are 3 banners up featuring our characters, and the banner made by a friend of ours (Shiraneko).

IC-wise, we will be beginning Quidditch Games VERY soon. Since we have two teams filled in, we'll be setting up Hufflepuff Vs Slytherin. We would like to take this time to REMIND you all that there will be NO powerplaying. Your player, no matter how good they are, cannot dodge every single bludger, cannot score every single point, and block every single quaffle. If we see any abusement within the Quidditch games, actions will be taken. But considering i have complete faith in most of you, i doubt this will be an issue.

We will strongly suggest all captains to start a quidditch practice soon to ensure activity on their quidditch members. Also, if there are any members who still want their characters to be part of the Reserve Team, which can come to the aid of a quidditch player who is on hiatus or decided to suddenly leave the site and leave a space open. So keep that in mind ^^
