General Description:
Damian has been considered a heart-throb by mostly all those he meets. He has a rounded face which isn't overly manly and isn't too womanly. Damian considers it soft and attractive. It goes along with his sweet nature. Damian's eyes are a warm green color that tend to set people at ease. They're normally a jade green color but when Damian is upset or sleepy they are a light hazel. When his eyes are a hazel color some can swear that he has honey swirls in his iris. Damian has deep dimples set in his cheeks, a highly attractive feature that he has, as well as plump lips. On his upper left cheek Damian also has a light, but noticeable birth mark. It never bothered him and he always said it defined character. Damian had never been one to fuss with his hair and he tends to keep it buzzed, less hassle that he has to deal with. The Muggle-Born stands at about six feet four inches with an athletic build. Damian never really cared much about his body until he became extremely interested in Quiddich and started working on it just to look bigger and more intimidating.

Personality:
Damian is one of those extremely nice guys that stand out in the crowd. He considers himself friends with everyone though he hangs out with the more popular set of kids. Since Damian is a Muggle-Born he knows how it feels to get picked on chooses not to do the same to others. He's always willing to lend a hand to a lost first year, or assist a classmate in need of help. Although, most would assume that Damian is quiet and that is hardly the case. He is extremely outgoing and not afraid to stand out within the crowd. He isn't an attention seeker, but he likes to have a good time. Damian is optimistic about a lot of things and rarely has pessimistic behavior. He believes that if you think you can triumph over obstacles then you can do it. He also tries to help those who have pessimistic attitudes and try to make them more optimistic. When it comes to his friends Damian is a rock that they can lean on and is there whenever they need to talk. When someone hurts his friends he can get very defensive, he'll do anything to protect them and keep them safe from harm.

Boggart:
Damian's boggart would be losing someone that he loved. After his mother's death when he was a little boy he's always been afraid of death and someone he loved dying. Damian is one that can't handle death because he was so hurt by his mother's death. Damian isn't in love with anyone yet, per say, which is probably why he's afraid to fall in love. He couldn't handle that person dying and didn't know if he could survive after that.

General History:
Damian Slyvester Wood was born to Muggle parents on October 31, 1992. His parents were your typical Muggles, his father was a cop and his mother a dentist. They would never assume that their son would eventually become a wizard. His infancy was normal and not complicated at all, Damian was a quiet and happy baby. At the age of three he was put in a day care program because both his parents worked. Damian didn't mind the day care and he enjoyed being around other children. Damian never wanted to leave the day care and often threw a fit when his parents came to get him. Damian quickly calmed down and then wound up entertaining himself once he got home. Nothing could really bother him and his parents liked that about him.

After day care came elementary school and Damian liked that just as much. He got more friends and got to experience his first learning session. Damian's elementary education had gone smoothly and he left the fifth grade expecting to enter middle school. Although between the summer of his fifth and sixth grade he got a letter from a certain school. Damian had read the letter and convinced his parents that it was an exceptional boarding school that randomly selected their students. With much persuasion to his parents they allowed him to attend the school. When Damian arrived at the school he was quickly greeted and then taken to a room where he would be sorted. Like Damian had hoped he was accepted into Slytherin and so his first year began.

Damian wasn't exactly the most popular kid around but he was nice to everyone and eventually worked his way into the popular group. During his first year Damian was highly intrigued by Quiddich and tried out for the house team. Damian's uncle that was a pure blood and so he provided his nephew with a Nimbus 2001 as a birthday present. It was like a kid getting a car for their sixteenth birthday. Damian had worked on his flying and Quiddich skills for the entire first year until the second year had rolled around. He was then introduced to something just as interesting. Dueling. Like Quiddich he had strived to make himself a good dueler and reminded himself to eventually sign up for the house team.

Damian has now been at Hogwarts for seven years now and has saved, with the help of his uncle to buy himself a Cleansweep Eleven. Quiddich and flying is his passion and his uncle respects that. While he was at Hogwarts he was the captain of the Slytherin team and hopes that Damian will follow in his footsteps.

The day wasn't like every other at the Hogwarts castle today. It had snowed for the past two days and nights and how the grounds were heavily coated in a white powder. He could see the footsteps in snow and saw a few of his peers out there standing around. He didn't know how anyone could just stand in the snow. Damian was the type to have fun and after adjusting his gloves on his hands and the hat on his head he quickly moved down the stairs in the towers. Damian was more then happy to be able to go out in the snow. He often missed being able to play in it like he had in London when he was a child. With his wand tightly tucked into his sleeve he had exited the building and moved into the courtyard. Damian had kicked the snow around with his shoe clad foot and smiled slightly. Damian didn't have any classes today so it was just all day in snow. It was never odd to see Damian out in the courtyard despite the weather, he was almost always reading or with a group of his friends. When Damian was alone it meant that he just wanted some silence to himself and that he preferred reading over the lessons in in one of his books or reading a book borrowed from the library. Damian often quoted lines from books and credited most of his knowledge to his books. He often claimed that he was nothing without them and always had a spare reading book in his stack of text books. As he moved around the school yard he shoved his hands into his pockets. Damian always found himself being cold and he didn't know why. He always just blamed it on poor circulation. Damian never had any medical disabilities and he just assumed that he had it all along. He had it since he could remember anyway. Damian had moved over to brush snow off of the stone railing and moved to sit on it. It was cold to the touch and it sent a small shiver up Damian's spine. After he had adjusted to chills Damian pulled his Blackthorn wand from his sleeve. Damian considered it to be his best friend, next to his cat, it was always with him. No matter where he went that wand was with him, even if he went home to London, that wand went with him. Of course, the cat did too, but that wasn't as easily hidden. Damian's head had turned slightly as he twisted the wand within his fingertips. It wasn't very detailed but it was black in color and had a lighter colored handle. He had gotten it from his uncle as a present when he started school and had it since. Damian's hand had briskly dropped the wand when he heard footsteps coming down the corridor and then slid off of the rock railing to pick it back up. Once he had he dusted the snow off of the wand and cleared his throat as he shoved it back into his sleeve. After the wand was safely tucked away he cocked his head back inside the corridor to see who was coming his way.
