Hello Back To The Basics!

Ignore the title, i really just wanted to give a different title other than "Update". Well, to start things off, thanks to everyone who has stuck with the site so far! We'll be approaching our month-iversary on the 25th of July. And since we're approaching that, the staff team has been working hard to keep things in order!

Upon the 25th, we'll be performing an activity check that will last a week. Make sure to post in the thread so we know! ^-^ We have been very pleased with your activity, but we noticed there are several dead accounts that we have to make sure are still kickin'. So make sure to keep sight on that when it comes up! We'll be sending out a boardwide e-mail and also have a little clickable thing on the top! So not to worry.

Also! With the month approaching, we'll also be opening up character awards. So, as soon as you see the threads open, go ahead and PM your votes to either of the staff members and we'll make sure to tally them up! These will last about as long as the activity check, so not worry ^-^

Also, we'll be taking a new direction regarding classes. We advise all members to read up on the new Classroom Guidelines. Going to classes IC really will be a part of the whole experience of being at Hogwarts. So just read up on that and feel free to give off any questions to the staff if you've got concerns or comments.

Also, to keep more a stable count on things, we'll be also holding class sign-ups for your character to register itself for it's classes to keep things organized. You can sign up for as many as you want, because the last thing we want is to make going to class a chore. Also! You'll be seeing something called Report Cards, which you can view more information in the link above this paragraph! <3

We've also decided to expand on the rules a little bit, and change the character application. But don't worry! These are simple little changes, just to make the site easier for our new members. And the new app is basically the same, we've only asked to include an RP sample with it. Current members don't need the RP sample - we already know how you post! - but new members will now have to submit one. Current members can submit one if they like, as well, but it's not mandatory.

We'd like to give a warm welcome to our newest members! These include Alissa, Madison, Dave, and all the new members that really are making our site grow in every aspect of the word! Thank you so much guys. It really means a lot to have you all here and the staff, as well as the site itself, hopes to rp with you all very soon!
