Meet Lottie. She’s an ickle first year, a Hufflepuff, a muggle-born, and a bit over-awed by Hogwarts. She’s outwardly quiet, and a little aloof, but a free spirit on the inside. She lived a sheltered, plastic-coated life, and she’s still trying to break free of that. It’s difficult to break he shell, but once she gets to know someone she’s loyal to the end. She’s tenacious and hard-working, going to do well in classes because she loves to read and learn, and has already begun to memorize her text-books. She’s mature for her age, an “old soul”, because she never interacted with other children, only the adults her parents brought around. She’s willing to get involved in anything and everything, and I’m willing to throw her into any plot we can think of.

Kili and Lottie might make good friends. They are a lot alike minus the fact that Kili is not quiet and shy or anything. But she did live a sheltered life too.

[Gale Moxy]

gale moxy would probably work out with her. He can seem kind of a jerk sometimes but he's on really good terms with Kili (who's sitting right up there ^ <- - - - thats an upwards arrow too) and if he does he'll have another hufflepuff buddy. I've also got Syd yet another hufflepuff, she's a fourth year and a pistol who'll probably end up picking on Lottie but she's a really nice person...really ^^

My Dayo might get to know her, although she's a ravenclaw second. But I think they might get along if they actually started talking as she's a little shy.

Giselle's the next most likely person to talk to her. She's a hufflepuff fifth and a total tomboy. Admittedly she would be unlikely to talk to Lottie really as she doesn't really get along with girls but if there was a reason she might be able to help her get settled in the wizarding world.

Lottie would love any and all interactions. She's willing to try to get to know anyone, her age or not.

She and Kili could definitely get along, and it would be fantastic for her to get to know another firstie, since she's all new and alone in Hogwarts.

I'd Love to throw her at Gale, and especially if she gets to know Kili, the three could maybe become friends?

And Lottie'd probably be confuzzled if she were picked on by Syd, but I could see it being fun to play.

Lottie'd love to get to know Dayo, Lottie's reserved, but not afraid to talk to peeps.

If we could figure out a way to get Lottie and Giselle together, she needs all the help she can get, getting used to the world of magic.

Kili would be estatic to have another friend not to mention going on adventures with Lottie and Gale. Her heart might explode from happiness! ok not literaly lol but she would definitely like it

It's my peeps up there ^. I'm just to lazy to chang accounts right now so this is Gale for ya. The idea of him, Kili and Lottie grouping up would be fun. But if you wanna meet up with Kili first and meet Gale through her later thats alright with me. I'd like the idea for those three to get closer. Kili and Gale would probably be the one to get them all in trouble though. Tell me what you think on that. And with Syd she'd probably get wwith Lottie in the common room or someplace. Open for ideas with that one ^-^

We'd have to figure out a way for Dayo and Lottie to meet though, the only way I can really think is either though a random meeting somewhere or maybe though Gale as Dayo and him spent the train journey together.

As for Giselle I'm a little stumped.... I may have to come back when I've thought of something.

Otherwise, there's Lea Rizzo, who's also a Hufflepuff but a 6th year. She's a bit shy at first but opens up if talked to (or if she's a bad mood; then she'll take it out on the first object there

Woo! Glad there's some interest for Lotts.

Lottie would love some buddies to go adventuring with Kili and Gale. She needs to learn to get her hands dirty, and be a kid.

Lottie would relish getting in trouble! She’s never done it before! Woo! I think it’s a good idea for her to get to know Kili first, tho. They could make a wonderful terrible threesome, with Lottie being always a little wary and having common sense, but loving it all the same.

I’d love her to meet Syd in the common room, but I doubt she’d initiate anything. She’s much more likely to keep to herself. Maybe she’d be doing something muggle-y and stupid, and Syd would cal her out.

She and Dayo could easily meet randomly, anywhere and everywhere. Or, we could wait till the Terrible Trio is in existence.

I’m drawing a blank as well for Giselle, but they’re both puffs, so something could conceivably happen. Maybe Giselle could take Lottie under her wing, some-how? Mold her and the like?

We definitely want the flying lesson thread! If you could set it up somehow, that would be amazing. Not sure what the premise would be, but I definitely want it to happen.

Lottie’d be hard pressed to make the first move with Lea, but. . .

She's also in the market for an older-brother figure. Any takers?

Bethany would totally offer friendship to Lottie. Bethany's shy, so Lottie would probably have to be the one to Break the ice, say the first thing, but Bethany's a 6th year Hufflepuff, and could help Lottie out.

I think once the trio is in place that would be the best time for Lottie and Dayo to meet, she can try and bring her back to the sensible side.

And perhaps (I got this because of what Priscila posted) Lottie's name could come to Giselle as someone who's interested in Quidditch and she could try and stop her from being such a girly girl, because Gis hates girly girls, while moulding her to fill a space on the team next year.

Um. . . I cant imagine Lottie just randomly coming up to Bethany, but if she had a question about school, or about being a puff, or using an owl or something, I can imagine her asking. I actually like the owl question idea. How does one send an owl? How does one send an owl to a muggle?

I think it’d be easier if you made the thread. . . But I could, if necessary. I’m excited!

Craig could become a big-brother figure, but it might be odd, since he’s not a puffie. But, we could totally swing it. Lottie’d love to be stood up for. Plus, he has amazing hair. =P

Ok. Dayo/Lottie on hiatus till trio is established. Lottie may be easily swayed by the dark side’s cookies, but she’ll always be sensible.

She’d love to be groomed for the team, as it’s become one of her wizarding world goals. She will cling to her girly ways, but I’m sure she can change. She’s not a girly-girl by choice, more by lot.
