Slytherin has had a common misconception of having ambitious, sly, and cunningly charming people amongst the house. With the likes of Damien Wood, he is better off being a Gryffindor, even though he's not as couragous and daring as most people think he is. However, he has a kindness and an out going personality probably stronger than all the Slytherins combined. His skill on a broom is also stellar, and in the end, anyone is fortunate when they meet Damian Wood. After all, who can go wrong with a teddy bear like him?

For all teachers, you all decided to accept the responsibilities of being an adult. Conduct is necessary, but all teachers get significant privileges.

Staff Guidelines

IC Rules
  • All teachers may deduct and give points as necessary to any house. However, they must use their correct judgement when doing so.
  • Only the head of the houses are allowed into the common rooms. Teachers who aren't cannot step foot into the common rooms without specific permission from the headmaster.
  • You are not permitted to speak of the other staff members during the lectures.
  • There will be no transfiguration or curses on the students, and such doing so will result in a teaching suspension.
OOC Guidelines
  • You are strongly suggested and encouraged to hold a class every so often. Feel free to give house points to those who attend the classes.
  • Make sure to report the house points in the house points thread where as teachers you simply report what students recieved the points and what house the points go to.
  • At the end of every year, O.W.L.s go into play, and the staff is currently looking for ways to do so (if its necessary). But for now, it's not necessary to plan that students will roleplay taking the O.W.L.S, but it should be an IC discussion.
  • We understand that some subjects have not been thoroughly examined within the books, and if that's the case, you have permission to take creative liberities with the subject.
  • Teachers are welcomed to have friendly and unfriendly relationships with the students, but when it comes to romance, it requires permission from the administrative staff.
