I like the name DethLock, it was my dad's and my first cs name, ScareCrow was my dad's 2nd name and put in a name you would like better.

I was hoping for something more like "Ate His Own Kangaroo" or "Makes the World Go 'Round" or something. Yet, come to think of it, I've gotten to used to thestrandedmoose to have it changed now, so n/m :P

Smokey - Just figure out what look, feel, sound your band is going for and name accordingly.
Then take the name you've chosen and check what it would be in another language. Chances are it's alot cooler in another language. :D

I sometimes find the most obscure names. Had a rabbit called "Zephyr" (north wind). I also have a wolf-hybrid called Aradia. And another thousand or so cats. Lots of naming to do.

Cool! Especially the wolf hybrid. I just have four cats: Elisa, Cleopatra, Figaro, and Sanani.

Ah...the rest of the cats are...uh...gimme a minute here...I usually just yell, "YOU! CAT!" Egypt, my original mommycat. Jet, BobCat, Spook, who are, as are Matohla and Tlv-Da-Tsi, all black...BooBoo Kitty and Mr. Skittles, grey tabbies, Artemis, a brown tiger tabby, and Belle, a brown tiger tabby with long hair. Matohla and Spook also have long hair, as did Monster, the brown tiger tabby that disappeared a couple months ago...I miss him so much. He kept my head warm at night. :(

I think the best band name to have is Poop on a red Carpet... That way when you play a gig, you can say "HI we're poop on a red carpet"... :lol:

I adopted a German Shepherd from the pound about ten years ago. Her name was Angel, but I didn't think that was specific enough, so I looked the names of the archangels: Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Azriel, Raziel, and there's one more I keep forgetting. Anyhow, I named her Raziel.

We need a better drummer, a bassist, and a vocalist. I tried gettin' some ppl from a different forum, sadly no one posted but looked at it A LOT.

I'd sing for ya kid but laziness and a stubborn streak might be bad for the group ;)

To have a good band name, all you really need to do is say it alot until it gets framiliar.

Even something lame can be good.

The Noise is the name of the band me and my friend wanted to start up....but then we had mass confusion.

I can play drums and sing.
He plays guitar.
We found a drummer.
Somehow this posed a problem to my friend.
We kicked the drummer out.
Now we have no drummer and a singer.....or no singer and no drummer.

I cant do both damnit!!!

Actually the conception of that title was my doing, I put it in my siggy and she thought it was grand.

Since she said we should start the society, I thought it would be funny to give us title's. ;)

It was our combined brilliance that engendered it, really. Artemis most definately gets credit for the Boobinator part. It's in her siggy and my description (she already said that). Since it's a two part proposition, I think we can safely assume the following:

A pair of Boobinators is always better than just one.

At least its something that will stand out and will get peoples attention. A bit of controversy is great publisity. its something a group of friends and i came up with when doing a tour home in Australia. there is just something about being stuck together in a very small vehicle for 13-15 hours that just does something to people......
