Colored Text and Odd Fonts are Bad
Most people find colored text (particularly whole posts in colored text) and odd fonts (especially small ones) unpleasant, and in some cases, unreadable. Stick to the default text. |
Sometimes I like to change my font to green cause I'm bored but then I read the rules and it says *Colour Fonts are Bad*. I do not understand why using different colours is bad and it is apart of the rules for this forums. Why have a colour option when we are not allowed to use it. How is it hard to read colors?!? I mean being color blind is no excuse because seriously, who is color blind?!? I think that rule should be taken out of forums rules. O_o
Having colors to emphasize a point is fine, but excessive use of colors is considered spam.
For example, something like this is spam.
One color that is easy to read is fine. An entire post in yellow is bad,
because yellow on white is very hard to read. And I actually know about
4 color blind people.
what i say is as long as no one has any complaints with a reason, then you can use it. dont expect to see a warn from me in that case.
