Hey, do you have the pic you want to upload as an Avatar?
If so, you can go on www.imageshack.us and upload your chosen pic. Then copy the code in the box, come back to this site, go on 'my controls' at the top of the page, go to left hand side click on 'change avatar', then paste the code in the box.
That should do it, if you need any more help just give me a shout smile.gif
