I said start an SSIC thread, not ask for a secret meeting forum. There's nobody playing any of these countries, so you need other players to play them - in an SSIC thread. And you'll have to wait if there's an African Oil world event until you can have a meeting involving the oil.

OOC: There's absolutely no point in that. And you'd have to invite Israel too, that's why he went *cough*. And there's also no point in that. You're not a massive anti-Hezbollah country who is doing everything you can to stop them, you're Argentina, not the USA or Israel. You're not in the Middle East, or a potential superpower. South Africa and Brazil make more sense, because they're more like potential superpowers, but not quite. And there are a LOT more anti-Hezbollah countries.

OOC: South Africa has more potential, it isn't overshadowed by Brazil and is actually THE most developed country in Africa, giving it a better chance of more investment there. Think of it as this, if someone was going to invest in a certain country, It'd obviously be the strongest, biggest, most influential country on the continent. Brazil, USA, Germany/France(Ukraine if it hadn't been Russia's lacky), Russia, China, India, South Africa, Saudi Arabia. See how the pattern goes with monumentally powerful or influential countries? Argentina's stuck in Brazil's shadow. But that doesn't mean Argentina doesn't have power. It's a middle power, potential Great Power(I think)

Indeed. You're quite right.
But I reiterate my point, such a meeting would be pointless. The whole world (except Iran) is anti-Hezbollah, not just you lot.

At the time of that survey, Denmark. I'd wager that has shifted in my favor somewhat, and will only go more so in the coming years. I don't know if I am a potential Superpower. Great power, yes. But Argentina and I have many similarities. He's actually more developed than me (right now, don't bet on it staying that way Argentina ), but much of my problems stem from the legacy of apartheid, which is a b*stard to work with. I think part of the talks Argentina asked for have a different slant than Hezbollah - we all despise those religious wackos.

OOC: I'm Iceland. I don't know. You'll probably stay where you are. Although your literacy and educational rate and GDP per capita will rise, AIDs will mean that your life expectancy will fall quite steeply.

The number of AIDS cases in SA has leveled out, and better education is going to drop AIDS rates and as such increase life expectancy.
(OOC: it's leveled out in real life, too.)
